The hotel was ok, nothing outstanding. The room had a nice fridge with an ice maker, a microwave and a small cooktop but we weren't able to use it because there weren't any pots or pans.
The room was clean and the hotel in general was well kept. We didn't really have any interaction with the staff.
The shower in our room had a very slow drain and the water didn't really get hot.
We stayed for a week, it wasnt bad, just not the best place we've ever stayed.

Clean beds, but not the most comfortable, but I prefer soft beds. Pillows are super good and thick! Room was clean, front desk was polite. Wish theyd stop putting little kids on the 3rd floor as our kids like to bounce around and i feel bad for anyone under us lol (I do tell them to stop)
Realized that I booked a night before I needed, so had to eat the hotel fee for that night. My fault, not theirs.

The night person was ok. Not very friendly. A group of us with 4 different cards couldn't get in the door.

The room was clean and comfortable. There is no ice maker at this hotel. Each fridge is supposed to make ice but mine did not even when the helpful employee came and checked it. Also, nice kitchen but nothing to eat or cook with. Kind of useless. The bed was comfortable.

Clean, quiet, not such great communications between staff members. Did not receive a requested wakeup call, was told a 12:00pm checkout was okay, only to have staff BANGING on my door at 11:06am. claiming night staff could NOT approve a later checkout. VERY frustrating!
I will be coming back in October and hope my room will be available as requested.

My in-room ice maker was misbehaving. I was on a long l bicycle trip and desperately in need. Kim got someone to bring her a bag of ice for me. Unbelievable.

The property was well situated for my husband's and my needs. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. The room was pleasant to be in- roomy and light coloring. It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast provided. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all we were very pleased with our 2 night stay.

Despite the fact this hotel is relatively new, it was very run down. Front desk staff at check-in was not friendly. Two of the three dyers in the laundry room were broken. There was a lot of noise from outside until 3:00am. Would not stay here again.

We like this hotel chain. The rooms is always perfect for our family trips.
This particular one had plumbing issues that should have been apparent the last time it was serviced but we made it work for our stay. The staff was apologetic.

This hotel was a good value with good service from staff and was close to huge Jordan Landing Mall. However, there was a lingering odor in bathroom near exhaust fan of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, we left earlier than someone was staffing front desk. So, I was not able to let anyone know.

Very nice but I booked through Expedia so I wish I just called ahead to confirm the reservation. We got there late and there almost wasn’t a room but staff was very helpful and apologetic.

Honestly? I wouldn’t stay here again. The kitchenette had nothing to cook with and no dishes, so what was the point? The hotel seemed a little run down and honestly not very safe. The last day we were there the police were on sight. The elevator broke. There’s not much to offer with this hotel but if you just need a bed I guess go for it. Also BREAKFAST is NOT INCLUDED. It might have been in the past but it’s certainly not the case now like it said when we booked so that was another issue we had to deal with. Honestly, as two ladies staying at this hotel I can tell you I didn’t feel safe. So take that how you would like, next time I’ll pick somewhere else. It is close to the hwy and tons of shops and restaurants.
