The property is very close to Pizza Maggiore.Regrettably,1) there were no hand sanitizer at the entrance and people showing the room did not use sanitizer or gloves.During the check-in nobody instructed me 2) on the Wi-Fi,3) how to proper close the door with the card, and4) on the time and procedure for check-out.The place is very centric and conveniently located.

The rooms are situated next to Piazza Maggiore, are newly renovated and quite. Letitia proved to be a very helpful guide of the city and of the possible parking places :) Thank you!

The location was excellent. The windows were amazing in that shut out all the street noise. Availability to have tea and coffee in the AM was appreciated. The breakfast at the cafe around the corner required a wait as the cafe must be very popular. Would have preferred a discounted price rather than the breakfast voucher

Casa was very close to the centre. It was comfortable and clean. It had a large fridge in the room. It was relatively quiet. The only fault was that the choice of channels on the tv was low.

Great location, very comfortable, air conditioning worked well in the sweltering heat, and the shower pressure was great - all the things I care about. Letizia was very helpful and kind. And I had a balcony. Highly recommend the hotel. Be aware there is no reception so arrangements have to be made beforehand to check in, but it was very smooth.

We loved our stay at Casa Isolani Piazza Maggiore. The room was beautiful, very clean, and in a perfect location. We were greeted and given instructions by a very friendly staff member. We highly recommend this place.

Amazing hotel, great location, incredibly friendly staff. We were so happy we choose to stay, the photos don’t seem to do it justice. The room was very large but warm and cosy, the bathroom was spacious and well equipped, and overall the room was really clean. We were quite delayed in getting out to the hotel but the staff stayed late to ensure we still had a smooth check in. I will be recommending this hotel to all those who go to Bologna

Great hotel in the heart of Bologna, just steps from all attractions. Hotel does not have a front desk so we emailed hotel manager Letizia and she was kind enough to meet us before check in time. The room was beautifully appointed, very clean, very quite. We had a great time in Bologna and enjoyed staying in Casa Isolani.

The room was very comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. No reception, but never needed one. We were met on arrival and were shown around. Someone was always around during the day and they were all very helpful. Kept our bag for us as our flight home was late evening. Well done.

I stayed here for 3 nights, which wasn't quite long enough to see "everything", but that's life. Having a balcony overlooking the piazza was fantastic, it meant I could monitor the pulse of the city centre, with all the changing activities in the square below. Through the concierge I was able to hire a car and driver for a day and so had a glimpse of Ravenna and Comacchio as well. There are a lifetime of restaurants in walking distance of the hotel, and the traditional market is close by as well.

I was met by Letitia, who was friendly and helpful. I stayed in the extremely spacious Piazza Grande room, one of several rooms within the 2nd floor apartment (there's a lift), sharing an elegant hallway area and a room where you can help yourself to good tea and coffee. Although it is in a very old building, the interior is modern and well-equipped as well as stylish and spotlessly clean. The location is just off the corner of Piazza Maggiore. There's plenty going on outside, including a variety of musicians on the corner below, but when you want peace and quiet, the double glazing keeps the noise out very well.

Not a hotel as such, it had no reception area or hotel facilities, with no staff there permanently. However, on arrival we were met, shown around and given a full set of keys. The owner was available on phone if necessary, and helpful, as was the person who met us. Our room was spacious and well fitted out and cleaned every day. The coffee/tea facilities were in a separate (shared) room with tables and chairs. We had to make an arrangement to leave our bags, as we had a late flight, but this was fine. Overall a lovely stay with a good view of the piazza from the balcony. It can be a bit noisy, from the piazza, but with double glazing and the shutters closed, most of this was shut out.
