Overall a good stay, very convenient to shopping and the bus terminal. Only real complaint was the lack of consistent hot water when bathing. Breakfast was noticeably better on the weekend than on the weekday that we were there; it was very good on the weekend.

Love the bfast buffet. Our rooms on 4th floor next to the laundry room is loud. All 3 rooms view where all walls and steel .. food was a 10/10.

Great location near SM, and even better, its attached to Yashano mall with grocery store there to do your grocery shopping and not have to walk outside especially when its raining.

The absence of a gym and a pool was a major disappointment, especially for someone who values fitness and relaxation during their travels. It's disheartening to see a hotel in this price range not offer such basic facilities. One of the key aspects that contribute to a positive hotel experience is the quality of breakfast. Regrettably, the breakfast at Lotus Blu Hotel fell short of expectations. The options were limited, and the overall quality was poor. It's disheartening to start the day on a disappointing note with a subpar breakfast. Speaking of price, I must say that the value for the money paid was not fair. Considering the lack of amenities and the unsatisfactory breakfast, it felt as though the hotel was overcharging for its services. Guests anticipate a certain level of comfort and quality when they pay a certain price, and unfortunately, the Lotus Blu Hotel did not meet these expectations. Furthermore, I encountered an issue with late check-out. Despite ongoing construction on the second floor, the hotel refused to grant a late check-out without additional charges. i like that it's right next to SM City Legazpi mall, only a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel entrance... and if that's not close enough, guess what? Yashano Mall shares the same building as the hotel, and the hotel lobby has a door that directly enters the mall and supermarket

Service was quite good. Bed left me with a back ache. Good value overall.

As always we enjoyed our stay in Lotus blue hotel. Staff are always kind and helpful, room clean, very comfy bed, amenities always there for your immediate needs. SM mall is just a few walks away, where lots of choices of restaurants . Transportation is accessible. Will always be coming back, it’s our home away from home.

Good! There was hotel construction so no window view . I thought airport transfer was included in paid hotel reservation .

Beds were a bit hard for my liking, lighting in the bathroom needs to be brighter.

Nice, clean and comfy hotel. Free shuttle from Legazpi airport. Although I just stayed there for 1 night, my experience is really good. Definitely will stay there again nextime.

Almost a 5-star experience in this hotel which is new, clean, with well appointed and comfortable rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. Downsides are the wifi - it works fine but you have sign in every time you close and open your connection; and the breakfast, which is outsourced to the café next door and is fairly basic. Juice or coffee - not both and not even a coffee refill. It is near the bus station and the jeepney terminal and only ten minutes from the airport.

The inside of the hotel is very modern and upscale compared to how things look all around - it was beyond what i had expected. The staff was friendly and did their best to let me check in early; meanwhile the check out process was very fast and hassle free - no surprise charges or anything like that.

This was a nice hotel in the heart of Legazpi and near all the shopping malls. The only downside was they did not have their own restaurant for breakfast, etc (you had to take their voucher to a connected restaurant outside the hotel). However, there are plenty of restaurants In the nearby mall.

Secure hotel. Attentive staff. Comfortable stay. Free shuttle to airport was great in comfortable van.

The manager was promt in returning my emails before my trip. Has a free shuttle from/to the airport. Has a free breakfast. Front desk found me/family a good ride going to the hot spots/tourist spots. On my return going to the tour. The staff provided a packing tape for my big box full of goodies to bring back home. Staff were always smiling, welcoming, and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. They would take care of you as if you are family!
