The Location is great but the service is so bad and the staff they are rude we booked a room with a jacuzzi but the jacuzzi heater wasn’t working at all even after contacting the manager they didn’t fix it. I don’t recommend the hotel.

Simona was amazing- so helpful and responsive. We loved the restaurant- food was excellent and views astounding. Would definitely stay here again!

Good: location, views, and an amazing breakfast. They are also really responsive and will help out immediately. Bad: cleanliness - can tell it is a bit outdated. Hair in the sinks and the pool was a bit run down. Even with the cleaning service, we could tell they didn’t do a thorough job. Still overall a solid 4/5.

Absolutely beautiful views. Sophia was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was included. Breath taking views from dining area. Steps are a little steep so watch your step. Very attentive staff, and polite. Would definitely return again and again. One of the best New Years ever in that restaurant, keep up the amazing work. This is highly recommended from an experienced traveler. Especially in the off season. PSA If ever in Santorini, don’t do a flying dress photo shoot with Catia. You will pay but not receive any edits.

Simona, the all-in-one person for the property, was very energetic, available, and responsive. She took care of all our needs with a smile. Highly recommended for a great experience.

Simona greeted us when we arrived. Staff was great. Angel very helpful with our luggage, at restaurant and with other needs. As well Usman; they both helped us carrying our luggage up and down the steep stairs! They also helped at restaurant at breakfast. Yanis was great at the breakfast and the food was excellent every morning! The view to the sea at our eating tables can not be beat! Simona was great helping us with all our needs, the room we had was perfect for 5 people. And our view from our room was the best! We could see the other islands and the best sunset ever! The hot tub was amazing and a PLUS! halfway covered and it overlooks to the outside. We had our wine and beer on hot tub overlooking at the ocean and at the other islands. Our room had to bathrooms; this was perfect for a family of 5 adults. We also had 2 refrigerators to keep our drinks nice and cool. I can’t say enough of how great this place is! Our terrace/patio was perfect for anytime, we had coffee outside and some beers and we could hear the bells from the church nearby. Very relaxing… I have to say is a great setting and I think we got one of the best rooms. Stairs were a little hard to go up and down, but we didn’t care, as we were having lots of fun in our room and at the town. Place is in the the heart of Santorini! This is another plus! As we found many great restaurants at waking distance, local buses, taxis, airport 15 minutes away, shopping, etc. I give it the most stars! will use again

Amazing view of Caldera! Perfect location in the town of Thira. Breakfast was delicious. Our family of 5 (including 3 teenagers) had plenty of room and space. Our girls loved the hot tub. Will definitely stay again next time.

The stay was really good. Sophia at the reception was really nice and the view is one of a kind… one in a billion. WOW! If you don't stay here, you are missing the santorini experience.

Have to pay porter for luggage. Nobody on property on nights. No security. Shower broken water in tub said was heated but not.

This place had an amazing view and ambiance. It had a location which was at the center of Fira which was convenient and accessible to all the shops. Breakfast served daily was amazing food and big portion. The wait staff and hotel manager were exceptionally kind and courteous. Could not recommend this place more!

Lovely place really enjoyed the view from my balcony. I didn’t want to leave. Simona, is simply the best and all the staff and Lali were exceptional. Will return again .

The room was excellent - spacious, clean and the views from the hot tub of the Caldera were phenomenal. Staff were personable for breakfast and the food was plentiful too! Location could not be better in being super central for Fira and easy access to bus station to access the rest of the island!

Wow! What an amazing hotel for our honeymoon! Great service from arranging our pick up, check in process was super easy, amazing breakfast included. This location is in a prime area for nightlife, restaurants and amazing caldera views. Highly recommend for anyone looking to be close to all the action. Will stay here again!

The hotel is in the best location with a lot to do walking distance including shopping, restaurants and the bus station. Free breakfast was great, room was very clean and staff were very nice and helpful. The views from our room were gorgeous I have no complaints. I did read past reviews about how it is loud at night due to music and you can hear it from your room but it didn’t bother us.

Simona was the hotel manager and she made our trip a great experience! We booked the family suite even though we were a couple as it was available and affordable. So much space, inside hot tub was very relaxing and a great view from our patio. Patio not private but that was ok for the space and view. Very walkable to restaurants and McDonalds which was a common pick up spot for day trips. Highly recommend!

The view from the patio was incredible and the stay was the highlight of our trip.

Breakfast was amazing, the views down on the bottom tier of accommodation weren't as great as we were hoping for. Cave room was really unique, unfortunately there was a very loud humidifier in our room and we could also hear the bass from a near by club.

The view is unparalleled and worth the stay! Breakfast really enjoyable too! There are MANY stairs both up to the property and then down to your room so you must be prepared for the hike. Noise from adjacent restaurants vibrates through the cliff walls and may bother your sleep. The area is very crowded, but you are in your own little mecca once on the hotel grounds. Also, there is no parking- while free parking technically exists across the street, there is never any space. Do not rent a car in any summer month.

The location of this hotel was prefect. It is overlooking the caldera with good sunset view. Simona made sure that all our needs are attended to. We felt very welcome there and had a really pleasant stay.

Stayed in the family room, the biggest suit with cave pool, three big rooms 2 big bathrooms, breakfast was great with fantastic views, staff warm and friendly and always happy to help 5/5👍

This was a once on a lifetime stay in a place that I had dreamed of for many years. From the cave-like suite to the clean and warm hot tub and the truly amazing breakfast service this exceeded all my expectations. Staff were attentive but not intrusive and I was particularly impressed by the thoroughness and attention to detail displayed by the staff cleaning the rooms, hot-tubs and even the glass walls between levels. The set up also facilitated lots of great photo opportunities. The manageress was very welcoming and ready to help. My husband and I will never forget the stunning views of the Santorini caldera as we enjoyed the sumptious breakfast.
