Nice hotel to stay

Our plan was to stay 2 weeks but we extended another 2 weeks. First time in phu quoc hotel treated us like we were at home. Service of the hotel was great also staff is excellent. Especially manager Tom helped us so much his kindness was way out of league, also kid zone staffs are so kind. Also food and location were excellent. I hade a great almost 1 month of time here in Wyndham Grand hotel. Thank you so much we will be back next year.

It was amazing time

We had an amazing time at the Wyndham. The reception staff were very friendly and very accommodating. We got extra beds in our rooms without charge. The free airport shuttle was a blessing. This is definitely the place to stay in Phu Quoc. The hotel had free shuttles to VinWorld and Gramd world. The free breakfast buffet was excellent. We would recommend the hotel anytime. Good value for money. They also did not take incidental deposit like most hotels. Thank you.

We booked a suite and it was fantastic. Very comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. Hotel is huge with over 1000 rooms, so large concourses. The breakfast was sub par. There were limited choices for a non Asian palate.

Brand new beautiful luxury hotel - I booked Grand Suite Ocean View = truly amazing. Walking distance to Grand World entertainment park. Great pool & nice beach.

Different policies from Expedia and hotel. Hotel wants to book direct. Also asking extra charge.

we do not like the way they treated us. I don't have a good feeling with the new name Wyndham Grand The service is not like before. Even I did not check in due to ai don't feel comfortable with the new staff they still charged me in full

Clean, good service, good food, reasonable price.

We have been before so know how good there water park was. Only to find out when we arrive this has been demolished and awaiting units to be built. No mention that the park was not going to be operating at some capacity. Also to much food which was meant to be hot was served warm.

Had an amazing time, however our room did seem very aged and the food was extremely expensive with lack of options open.

Beautiful private beach and amazing staffs. Would be great if they also have daily shuttle to and from the night market area

I am requesting transportation refund from arrival to hotel that supposed included package, I have to pay 500.000 VND

Room is generally old and it's not clean. there is some smell overall.

This is one of the worst hotel that I have ever stayed. The room was dirty, the pillows smelled bad. The room was booked non smoking but smelled cigarette and cigarettes trays were in the room. Breakfast was terrible. Check in was bad .. lobby full of people without masks. Long waiting to check in. Will never stay at this hotel again . Do not recommend this hotel to anyone

There was an unfortunate incident on our first day which was handled poorly and unprofessionally.

I am from the USA stayed 3 nights in March 2022. This hotel is the best option for children. My daughter liked the pool and there is a daycare option with a play area inside. My daughter really enjoyed the indoor play area. Every meal is many options so children with specific tastes can be catered to. The staff are very nice there was no negativity at all with anything. It is a very professional property I was extremely impressed at one point in my trip I actually thought that the leaders of the hotel I likely travel around the world to conferences. Because it reminds me of the best hotels everywhere
