There was no sap. No toliet paper 1/2 roll. 2 towels for 4 people

Frankly for paying nearly $150 I find it absolutely astonishing that I couldn't even get ice! And the TV didn't appear to be set up with service for watching and I couldn't figure it out. Not a happy camper!

This place it's ok just stay for a night or 2

Smallis room, like spare bedroom sized but serves the purpose

This hotel is very spartan and overpriced. For $100 (high even for Massachusetts), the room is tiny, no coffee maker or any drinking cups, and no table to eat on,and no chairs to sit on. I had to sit on the bed, and lean over the night table to eat.

I have stayed twice here now in the last 3 years. The first time I felt like a little better than the second but this time I was there during all the snow so not totally fair as there seemed to only be one person managing the property for the most part. It's a smaller one level hotel, seems fmaily owned. Enjoyed the quick service getting checked in and out and parked directly in front of my door. I requested a room that i was in previous and it seems that the heat hadn't been on in multiple days as it was extremely cold. Took about an hour to get to where we could take our jackets off - so I'd recommend just going where people have been in and out of more frequently. It was quiet and safe, convenient to get to the football game, and pretty much all we needed to make our trip. It's not a Hilton - but I'm happy to stay there for every game day if possible.

I was placed in a room down a hallway blocked by a housekeepers work cart and a gas barbecue grill. My room didn't have a window, nor egress. Should there ever be a fire, there is only one way out...past the large bbq grill, an oversized work cart and laundry. Put back is basically a dump. I could go on - but this is not angood choice for anyone.

Toilet was broken not enough towels or shampoo or soap. Walls had chip paint.

Lady at check in was ot friendly at all. Instead of letting us know pertinent information about check out times and telling us to have a nice stay, she we t on and on about smoking in room, even vapes and how alarms would go off. Even if we showered with the door open they would go off from the steam. We never even inquired a out a smoking room. But the worst part was BED BUGS! We itched all night and woke up with bites everywhere.

I liked that they let us check in early after coming off the Red Eye flight.

Went into room, bed was not made. Room seemed to be under construction. Wall was patched, missing the toilet paper holder. The floor was wet and seemed like it was never vacuumed. Fire alarms went off for the whole building at 9 am for no reason.

There was no iron, desk, microwave, luggage holder, coffee maker or light for reading and the wifi hardly worked.

The room was small which was fine for our needs. The comfort of the bed was fair, the pillows were pretty uncomfortable. There was a smell of fresh linen when we arrived but later in the evening and especially in the morning there was an awful odor like cat urine or sports equipment. Thin walls led to us hearing every act the couple next door was engaged in.

I got lectured about not smoking in my room when checking in to open my room door REEKING of smoke. Back window was open when i got there and did NOT lock. Room was gross. I was greeted with what seemed like an attitude… no smiles, very unpleasant all around. Never again. And don’t tell me “not even vapes” when you absolutely know the room i’m about to walk into was trash. How about an apology? Room was already paid for, not like you were going to lose my money - especially with the very clear “NO REFUNDS” sign at the front desk LOL. If you know your facility is bad, how about clean it up? 0 stars.

Nice little hotel riom was quiet and peacefull. I'd stay herevagain.

Nothing was good about the room,found dirty needles and disregarded clothing

The only thing and I know you have no control over it was the pub next door was not open. And that’s no reflective on your hotel. But when we booked it we saw the pub we thought they would’ve been open because it was within walking distance. Thank you

Stayed here after a concert at Xfinity center. Very close and convenient. Not fancy, but clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff that checked us in was super nice and helpful. We plan to stay here again in 2 weeks for the next concert.

Very dated. Very clean. Bed spread was ripped. Other guests in one room nearby seemed to be extremely intoxicated or high and looked pretty scary. All in all, it was a good placed for a one night stay to see a concert nearby.

Great no frills hotel. Nice Pub next door. Conveniently located. Perfect place to stay if your seeing a concert at Xfinity.

No chair in room, no tissues. Freezer worked Refridgerator didn’t

NO MICROWAVE OR COFFEE POT, needed an extra pillow, asked for it, never got it. Price was good, but not good enough for us to return.

It was about 10 minutes from Gillette stadium and inexpensive which were both great. Unfortunately, there were no towels or soap in the room and we had to ask for towels. The pillows were flat and the sheets had holes and stains on them.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the mini fridge was very noisy, there was no coffee available and we were supplied with only 2 towels and no bathmat.

A big window with a lot of fresh air

Stay was good, no complaints.
