Great location for access to Cruz Bay, Great Views, we had a resident peacocked that everybody called buddy that would greet us at our door every morning.

The owner(Julie) was very helpful when we arrived answering all our questions and making suggestions based on what we asked.

Hosts for the property are very nice and helpful. They provide lots of good information. The unit we stayed in has a wonderful porch overlooking the water. Very fun watching the car ferry go back and forth along with sail boats, power boats, etc. It's about a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. It's in a quiet residential area of town. We did not rent a car (we like to walk) and had no trouble getting anywhere in the Cruz Bay area including Solomon and Honeymoon beaches. We had lots of great meals - The Terrace restaurant was our favorite. Be sure you make reservations for dinner. The dishes in this unit do need a bit of a refresh but this is just a small thing. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Home away from home with a better view! It was helpful seeing the pictures other travelers posted but even better in person. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was amazing, coming back to cook dinner after exploring the beaches was much more enjoyable then hustling to get dressed up to find a restaurant, and the view of the sea right oustide the porch made it all worthwhile. Located close enough to visitor center, shopping, and grocery store was a bonus. When I return I cannot imagine staying anywhere else plus the hosts are very easy to work with. We had unexpected travel changes last minute that lucky for us meant arriving a day early and the hosts replied to our accommodation request promptly. The place is clean, had extra items I would not of thought to pack or buy downtown, and I could not have asked for a better place to stay for my 1st time in St. John. It did not feel like a 5 star resort and that's what I looved the most! It was like staying at a friends place with towel service! Plenty of parking. The beach on site is a bit rocky so I suggest bringing water shoes. Having laundry onsite was a bonus..for a longer stay & just crusing around the island I'd likely pack less next time! If you like to be off the beaten path & feel like your home or at a friend's house rather than in a hotel, this place is for you!

The property was wonderful. It is right on the water, very clean and the location is close to restaurants etc. the Villa had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Each bedroom had an en suite, which was very nice! The owners were communicative and super helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!

Julie from the Coconut Coast Villas was amazing, she provided updates and communicated with us during the visit to make sure everything was going great. The room had everything we needed for the week, an amazing reference binder of everything you need to know about the island and they also provided all of your beach needs for you to use! The location is less than a 10 minute walk from the town center of Cruz Bay. When we come back to St John, we will stay here again, thank you!

Coconut Coast Villas was a lovely place to stay while visiting St. John. It is conveniently located close to Cruz Bay. The waterfront location made it ideal to ‘come home to’ every afternoon after exploring the island.

Coconut Coast Villas was a very nice unit. We liked the fact that we could walk to the town since we didn't have a car. Unit was neat and clean. Would recommend it to anyone.

Great location, just a small trail and short walk over a hill and you are in town. Listening to the waves move the rocks on the beach everyday was a rhythmic melody. They provide free chairs, towels and cooler for beach, this is priceless, load into car and go!!!! They rent snorkel equipment at a fair price, have snack area and Laundry if you need it. They have a nice Little pool area to relax at in the morning or end of day. Location on flat ground and waterfront is an incredible advantage especially if you rent a car and want to park it next to the villa! We saw many other units on extremely steep slopes which may have had a view but had the stress of getting in and out of Mt Everest. Disadvantages- Walls in units are paper thin and if you are in a lower unit be prepared to hear the people above and to the side of you when ever they talk, laugh or move. This gets tiring especially late at when they have been drinking or if they have little kids who constantly run around☹️! Our unit had a broken ceiling fan which went unfixed for the week which was disappointing because you need a fan. AC worked fine and was good overnight but would have like leaving the door open to listen to the waves while we sleep. Roosters do make some noise in the AM but this didn’t happen everyday and it is just part of the Island life! Overall The hosts Julie and Dave run a good operation and make your time on the Island enjoyable and stress free which is the whole purpose of being on vacation!

Our stay at Coconut Coast Villas was wonderful! Highly recommend to anyone staying in St. John, especially if staying for a few days. We stayed for four nights, our entire time in St. John, and are so happy we landed upon this lovely villa. We stayed in the Orchid suite and had a corner balcony view of the water

Coconut Coast Villas was a dream spot for my recent trip to St. John. Waterfront properties on the island are rare and the opportunity to stay right in the heart of Cruz Bay on the water was incredibly memorable, especially hearing the sound of the waves crashing at night. It’s everything you need and more with onsite laundry, beach chairs, an honor bar, clean towels for the beach daily, a pool, and a hot tub. The best part was, by far, the owners David and Julie. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and a perfect example of the type of kind and caring people that St. John (Love City) is know for. David gave me a ride into town when I had to catch the ferry and Julie answered my numerous questions over text throughout my stay. They immediately felt like friends. I could not be happier with my experience and i am already booking a future date at Coconut Coast Villas because it felt so much like home.

We stayed in the lily suite and it was perfect for four people. The loft stayed nice and cool with the ceiling fan and AC. We loved waking up in the morning and hearing the waves right outside of our bedroom. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

My wife and I stayed in the Petrea Suite. Coconut Coast was perfect and more beautiful than the photos. Best of all, our hosts Julie and David were the best. It is very rare to get exceptional service these days, but they went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed on our stay. Loved it and we will be back!
