I had a great time in Kanazawa. The hotel has a greqt location.

Sound proof is not really good. You can hear people walking in the hall way and all the noise from outside come through the window although it was closed.

Property was easy to find from station and I was able to check in late, around 11pm. Free amenities were generous and the drip coffee was very nice. My biggest issue was the pillow provided. Upon entry I had only been given one pillow so I had to request a second. Both pillows were Japanese style which I found quite uncomfortable. The room was small but clean, there was just about enough room for myself and two cases which was fine. The staff were friendly and check in was easy and in English. Overall, if you’re in Kanazawa for a short stay and want a conveniently located, easy to access hotel, this was perfect.

The hotel is right at the train station. Pros are larger rooms, coffee and other supplies at reception. The only con for me was the extra thin toilet paper.

I like the location. The hotel is in the station premises, so very convenient to go around and to do shopping. I also like their way of thinking. They try not to waste natural resources. Staffs at the hotel are kind and natural. I could have the comfortable time and good rest one night. I'd like to reserve the hotel next time again. Thank you!

The location directly on top of Kanazawa Station is super convenient for access to trains and buses. The room is small but very clean, as is the bathroom. It’s suitable for travelllers who plan to be out and about most of the day and just need a clean, quiet place to sleep and rest.

Cannot beat the location! Highly recommend for trip to Kanazawa.

So I went to kazanawa as a last minute decision and conveniently enough, this hotel is located inside the station. The place itself is in great shape, good location to walk to places, kind staff etc… But man, the room was so small. Like prison cell small. Mind you, that’s not an issue and it’s the room I bookend. What killed me was the cement hard pillow and paper thin walls. I could hear my neighbors talking at a reasonable volume. I couldn’t sleep due to the rock hard pillow and hearing all the sounds of next door/above and outside. It was bad. It’s a good spot if you’re looking for convenience but I did not rest well during my stay. And I did ask for a softer pillow but they ended up giving me another of the same pillow. If you stay here, bring something comfy to lay on and ear plugs. Everything else was ok outside of that.

Overall, the experience is positive. The hotel offers excellent value for money and boasts a superb location—just a three-minute walk to the ticket gates. The rooms are spacious and the service is commendable. However, there is a significant issue with soundproofing. I frequently heard noises, such as thuds and voices, sometimes even shouting from the adjacent rooms. It's unclear whether this is due to the hotel's construction or if I just happened to stay alongside particularly loud guests. As someone who is sensitive to noise while sleeping, this posed a considerable disturbance for me.

The one thing I didn’t like was the bed pillow. It was very hard and I had a poor night’s sleep as a result.

The location is excellent it's actually inside of the station. The bed was soft and not like the hard spring mattress found in a lot of hotels. The pillows were the ergonomic ones with some kind of beads in them. I slept well! The shampoo and coditioner were pretty good quality too.

It was the best location as the hotel was inside the Kanazawa station with the various restaurants, grocery and 7-eleven stores, malls ,JR office and entrance, tourist information and buses terminal for local and out of towns just a few steps away. The hotel staffs were nice and helpful, room was nice and clean. I highly recommended to stay in this hotel.

The location of the hotel is the best selling point. Right smack above Kanazawa Station, with lots of food and shopping options available right downstairs. The room prices are extremely reasonable considering the convenience and the rooms are not shabby either. Rooms are clean with basic amenities. The day when I was supposed to leave Kanazawa for Tokyo, it was raining extremely heavily and I was really absolutely glad that my hotel is IN Kanazawa station itself - totally couldn't imagine carrying my heavy backpack to get to the station while getting wet under that kind of weather condition.

Only one problem…very small room for 2 people with luggages..no place for anything with 2 standard sized luggage bags…otherwise fantastic location and accessibility to hotel at train station and nearby shopping and dining restaurants..and very helpful staffs.

Thé hôtel is located inside the train. Extremely convenient. Highly recommend for travellers staying in Kanazawa for 1-2 nights. Bus terminal is just right outside train station. Staff is extremely helpful and they also help keep our luggages till late afternoon after check out. The hotel has paid washing machine on the 3/F.

Tripping on a JR pass in and around the area, this location within the Kanazawa station itself made it easy and convenient. The staff was excellent in helping me extend my stay so I could enjoy the area further.

The location is the best when you are traveling by bus since everything happens there.

Very good location, entrance is in the JR station. Close to supermarket, convenient store and shopping mall. Room is clean, size is ok for single room. Price is not expensive. Staff are helpful and polite. Very nice stay here.
