the extra cost for parking increased the price from 60 to 69 per night - maybe would be easier to pay one class higher hotel where the parking is included plus also some small things like bathrobe, slippers and coffee maker in the room.

Good service from the young man at the reception desk. A nice spacious room with kitchenette, right in the city centre and close to a shopping mall. Car parking at the rear for 7.80 euros. WiFi good but only two devices were allowed at a time which was a bit of a nuisance. A good hotel and we would certainly return.

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of Chemnitz. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming there. The breakfast was amazing. I am sure I will stay at Biendo again

This was a last minute booking after a train was cancelled earlier that morning. I wasn't expecting very much for that price booked on the day of arrival but it was excellent. The room was great. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is really clean and at a great location in the city center. The breakfast was excellent, but the room was quite small, and I don't like the shower without a door as the water is all over the bathroom floor, but this might be just a personal taste.

Better than expected for the price. Loved having a room with a view over the square.

Great place to stay in Chamnitz Highly recommend

Very central location. Parking structure is a 200ft walk away. Nice, efficient little rooms. Small breakfast area but very nice buffet. The hotel should mention on its website that it is renting only 2 floors in a large building. Not every hotel guest may appreciate or be willing to share the building and elevators with commercial traffic. The only reason why I didn’t rate it higher in terms of cleanliness is a BAD ruin smell that lingered in the hallway for the first 2 days. I guess, it came from one of the rooms as I overheard the cleaning lady swear like a sailor on day two. The hotel was aware of the smell and let go until the scheduled person cleaned it up. Not ok. Even for a budget hotel. Oh yeah, almost forgot, one elevator broke and nobody was in any emergency to fix it.
