I got bit by bugs while asleep.
But the room keep said it found nothing. But those bits stay with me till right now,

The location is unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of Denton, we were minutes away from downtown Denton. This was fantastic, especially for a weekend getaway where we wanted to maximize hanging out. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
However, for a relatively new hotel, we were surprised by a few shortcomings. The common areas, particularly the carpets, chairs and furniture in the common areas, seemed a little neglected and could have used a deeper clean. There was food left on one of the hallway tables near the elevators for over a day. In our room, nearly all of the electrical outlets were loose, making it a challenge to charge our devices and also posing a safety risk. Additionally, the iron was broken, and housekeeping simply left it propped against the ironing board. The gym also left much to be desired. While these are minor issues individually, they collectively detracted from the experience, especially considering this is a newer establishment.
Another point to consider is that the hotel seems to be a popular choice for families. If you're looking for a quiet, romantic escape, this might not be the best fit. There were quite a few children during our stay, and the noise level could be high at times, particularly in the reception area.
Overall, the hotel boasts a fantastic location but falls short on cleanliness and a few in-room issues. If these aren't dealbreakers for you and you enjoy a lively atmosphere, this hotel could be a good option.

Beautiful hotel! Friendly and accomodating staff. Room was clean and comfy. Great breakfast as always with Embassy Suites. Hotel is in a great location, easy to access and easy parking.

This Embassy Suites was beautifully decorated and looked like a brand new hotel. It was clean and well maintained. Our room was very spacious and slept well in our comfy bed. The manager’s reception was great along with the wonderful breakfast the next morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

The staff were very welcoming and super friendly! The happy hour was awesome! The breakfast had lots of options and was delicious. The rooms were very clean and spacious! The pillows were super fluffy and the bed was comfortable. The hotel overall was very clean.

Everything was great BUT- the only complaint is the hot water system was designed poorly. It took OVER 10 minutes for the water to START warming up.

The property and rooms are exceptional. I love the technology in the rooms and our stay was peaceful and quiet. You definitely get what you pay for!

We had 3 repair guys in our room at two different times for a one-night stay. We had to leave the room twice for an hour for the living room lights' Bluetooth to be repaired at arrival, and then the shower faucet replaced and plumbing fixed in the morning. They claimed the 11th floor $50 charge was an upgrade with free snacks-but only soda and candy? The manager was very unprofessional and tried avoiding us to discuss things- and finally came out to the front desk and said she would refund our stay through an Expedia request, but then denied the request after we checked out! Very unfortunate experience with their poor management especially when it is a new building with a beautiful lobby with bar and a restaurant. Shame.

Check in was quick and efficient. Staff was cordial but not as welcoming as the last pair we had when we stayed at the same hotel.
Facility was clean overall but our room was not clean. There was dried urine stain on the toilet and kitchen table had crumbs.

It is a very nice hotel. As others have mentioned the water pressure is terrible. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the water pressure was so low. You will definitely be rinsing yourself off a few times. They have a restaurant and a Starbucks inside the hotel which is great. There are quite a few other places to eat nearby. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great and the room was lovely only inconvenience we had with the dry cleaners we left a Suit and the suit was never done the day of the wedding we find out it was never sent so it was really upsetting other than that great hotel.

Love the property! The pool is always refreshingly cold. Enjoy the complimentary evening reception and fresh omelets in the morning. Dinner at Houlihan’s is always yummy and the service is great. Easy location for families with students at UNT. 💚💚
