Expedia should be proud to have Circular Manor with you. It is the best of the best. You have to go very deep into Japan, Italy, or Spain to get this level of service.

During our recent getaway to Saratoga, my husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Circular Manor Bed and Breakfast, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice!
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who made us feel like friends. Their genuine kindness and attention to detail set the tone for a delightful stay. After a brief tour, we were escorted to our suite.
The 1903 accommodations were impeccably maintained and tastefully decorated. Each morning, we were treated to a mouthwatering breakfast and we enjoyed every bite!
Circular Manor Bed and Breakfast boasts off-street parking, which was incredibly convenient. We loved the fact that the property was adjacent to Saratoga's Congress Park, providing us with beautiful green spaces to enjoy a few much needed walks. Additionally, the proximity to a convenience store and the wrap-around porch made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is great, just a few minutes walk to all the downtown dining and shopping options, yet in a more quiet setting. The property itself is grand; an excellent restoration with attention to detail and quality materials. The photo shown on their profile only gives a peek at what awaits the visitor. Then there's the breakfast!
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Saratoga, in no small part because of Circular Manor. Highly recommended.

Michelle and Deeter are wonderful hosts. The Circular Mansion is an absolutely beautiful home. The property is centrally located and within walking distance of the racetrack and downtown. We look forward to staying again soon!

B&B as it should be!! Dieter and Michele are engaging, hospitable, and the accommodations are charming, comfortable and impeccably clean. “Breakfast by Dieter” is gourmet level. The porch is breezy, has an excellent view of the character of Saratoga Springs.

If you’re coming for a performance at SPAC, you simply must stay at the Circular! Breakfast was scrumptious, the hosts incredibly gracious, and the wraparound porch is splendid. You will not be disappointed.

Beautifully restored Victorian house with piano, fireplace, wraparound porch. Quiet residential area but an easy walk to shops & restaurants. Off-street parking (driveway on Caroline Street). Hosts Dieter and Michelle were very friendly and welcoming and served an excellent breakfast.
