We loved this hotel. It was very comfortable. The bed was great.

We had a lengthy stay in Denver to attend several family functions. That's the reason we looked for a suite with kitchen. The Residence Inn's decor is somewhat dated, but it was quite clean, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good, and the coffee was great. I disliked having to prepay to get a reasonable rate. Having to fork over an additional $40 for incidentals we didn't use, only to have to wait weeks for a credit back is insult to injury. Thus, the less than 5 star rating.

I loved the location. The hotel was clean. Front desk Staff was amazing. I gave four stars for staff because our toilet broke at 11:30 at night and we had to wait till the next day for anyone to fix it As I was told, there was no maintenance After hours . I Was not excited about that. Air conditioner was very loud in the room. The pull out couch is TERRIBLE. The mattress on there looks like it was about 20 years old and about an inch thick So if you are counting on that as an extra space to sleep people…. Don’t!
Overall, I would stay there again since I know the pros in the cons. The kitchenette was great to have. The outdoor grills were awesome. The fire pit was relaxing at night and it’s right by all kinds of trails for those and wanna be on the go!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very nice and our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly. I also really enjoyed the breakfast offerings, which isn’t something that happens very often. The room was very quiet. We didn’t experience problems with noise from outside the room.
Marriott should change the color scheme on the shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles in the shower. Green print on nearly identical green bottles makes the print nearly invisible. Anyone with color blindness or even slightly impaired vision due to cataracts, etc. will never know the print is there. I have good eyesight and still nearly missed it.

The individual that checked us in was very helpful! She made sure I got an oven to accommodate eating disability.
When we asked for towels and garbage bags they asked if I wanted to come down and get them, or if I would rather have someone bring them. Every hotel I have stayed at brings them to you. I thought it was strange.
The couch was a little dirty and appeared to have white dog hair. There was a large dip in the floor in the bedroom.

Our toilet wasn’t working properly but they fixed it promptly. Went through two coffee makers that would not work but the third did.

My team stayed here a weekend while we were in town for alumni events. We loved the rooms, the service, and especially the breakfast. :) We would stay again!

There were a dirty sock, rolling papers, a dirty towel, and dirty nail cleaning accessories left in the dresser drawer. I informed the front desk and housekeeping took care of it within five minutes.
The room was a little worn, with baseboards peeling from the walls and a few cracks at the bottoms of walls.
Other than that, it was a very nice stay. The bed was very comfortable and I was able to adjust the room temperature to our liking, including using the fan to blow in fresh air from outside. It’s a very convenient location for Littleton and right off the freeway.

I was in Colorado for three nights. And stayed here the first evening and had a great nights sleep. Night 2 I was at a different location in the state and stayed at a different chain. Hotel which was unfortunate, I did not have the same experience so night three I changed my plans for my trip so I could return here to get a great night sleep and take it vantage of all the amenities. Incredible breakfast, fantastic staff, I can’t wait to return.

Clean room with full kitchen, separate bedroom and sitting area. Friendly staff and easy check in. Good price. Needed late late checkout due to husband having surgery and they were able to accomodate.

The rooms were great. View was great. However the amount we were charged was different than was quoted. A $510 charge is pending for a $420 quote. The final bill was $440.22

A surprisingly nice hotel with extra finishes that make a difference. Very clean and comfortable. Felt like a studio apartment in size and the furnishings were very nice. Bed linens felt like a first-class hotel and I appreciated the walk-in shower with a high-placed shower head for tall people. The mixture of wood furniture and the sage green wallpaper, provide a calm respite from the outside. It was only one night but could have easily stayed comfortably for longer.

Nice room. Large and comfortable. Breakfast the first days (weekend) was fresh cooked and delicious. Rest of the week was heated pre-packaged items and a little disappointing.

The room was clean and well design. However, the room walls and ceiling not isolating noises so you can hear when someone is talking on the other room or someone above flushing water toilet.
