Comfortable and no bugs

Worth the money. We had a nice view. Staff were not that personable

Room was a bit dusty (including bed sheets). The walls aslo had some cob webs. I typically stay at this hotel but in their premier rooms which I like but this standard room was a bit of a disappointment. Lighting was dark in the room and the bed it self was half decent when it came to comfort. The staff also was not as helpful on this trip (even thought they usually are) cause it took them a long time to even come and replace the dusty bed sheets. My food also took longer than usual to arrive, and when it did, it was luke warm... I have no problem staying there again but only their premier room. Still worth a visit if you're on a budget.

The hotel's close proximity to the sports center, where I enjoy my morning walks, was a major plus. Additionally, The hotel received a commendable rating of 4 out of 5.

The staff was exceptional and the bar lounge was a real treat.

The staff is accommodating to our needs, special mention goes to staff Daniel who went beyond his job description to have the patience and took his valuable time to assist a guest like me who is not computer savvy and I greatly appreciate his help.

The place is affordable clean and centrally located.

Very satisfied with our 5 night stay at New Dawn. Congenial, helpful, professional staff providing a high level of hospitality. On site dinning is reasonably priced and worthwhile. Convenient downtown location. We will select New Dawn again.

Really nice and clean, hotel stuff was amazing. It should be a 4star hotel, didn't feel like a 3star. I think the room need a safe, but that is the only needs to change. But overall it was amazing, I will be back there soon

TV remote was not working and closet doors were missing in my room…#1507. If they fix these it’s worth the small $ you pay for.

I like the rooftop the menu can be expanded more. My room in1701 is supposed to be an executive room but the bathroom is none of that. Shower is rusty and the shower floor is also dirty the whole bathroom area is not good for being an executive room. You can hear the loud noise from your next room, noise from the traffic.the management could have mitigate the noise by sound proofing the window. Shout out to the people that work here (front desk, bellman, and the people in the breakfast buffet and cleaning staff) great job guys! Ps. The management should invest in Vacuum cleaner to clean the floor instead of a broom.

I like the hotel because it is convenient to go to any point in the city…. My suggestion is: apply some chlorox or any cleaning agents between the tiles in the bathroom and the sink to remove the dirt

The roof top restaurant was very nice. The location was perfect, I would get up and jog in the streets in the morning. The building is old and worn a bit. The original room that I recieved had dirty sheets. But I was able to get a clean room and bed. The television does not have any channels. But the location and views make up for it. Everyone was great, except the security guard for the front door who was grumpy. Must of been having a bad day.

Booked the executive room , it had kettle but no coffee or tea or biscuit sachets . Wardrobe door jammed so could not access deposit safe . Reception changed the room and new room had no wardrobe doors so at least you could access safe . Towel rail in shower very rusty . Ran out of toilet roll no spare roll. Second day room cleaned again no drink sachets just the kettle and 2 water bottles . However we bought our own . Another issue is hotels.com do not offer a breakfast option at this hotel but others booking in got breakfast . Why is the option not available . This is my second stay here this year but standards have dropped so I will not visit again . Bed was comfy but after a long journey i expected to be able to relax with a coffee and we even visited the restaurant but staff could not serve us before 5pm however we went behind hotel to a really nice tuna restaurant .

Mattress are very old and have stains all over. Advertised with free parking but very limited spots in the street sidewalk.

The hotel is proximate to great street activity, but that also exposes the property to noise pollution from the nearby street.

The gym and spa facilities were not what we expected

Very nice hotel. Just a word of warning, don't take a room on the 19th floor if you go to bed early. Bar on 20th with music until midnight. Definitely would stay again.
