Room was good and loved the breakfast, especially with the great view on the river. Wifi non existent in the room. It loose 2 stars because of the staff. More precisely the evening staff. They were not helpful in any way. Once we want to book a tour to the falls but since we have a cooking class after at 4pm, we ask if it is ok timing wise. We were the day before. The guy tells us yes and that we can book next morning. Then we come the next morning the lady said we should have booked the day before. Luckily they had space so we managed to get a spot. We ask again about the cooking class. She said it’s ok. But then once we reach the falls the driver said to come back at 3:30pm, by the time we reached it was almost too late for our cooking class. Second time we wanted to book a shuttle to the train station. The guy from the evening said ok then, when we come the next morning same thing! The lady tells us we did not book so we need to take a tuktuk on the spot. The evening staff needs to be trained because right now it’s bad.

The rooms are big and have everything you need. They are not modern, but they are very comfortable. The WiFi is reasonable. Most rooms have a lovely view of the river. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast is great.

Great hotel in Luang Prabang. Close to old town and super walkable area. Hotel was beautiful along the river. Nice sized rooms with comfortable beds. Free breakfast was a huge plus. Great friendly service.

The staff was fantastic and the room was clean and quiet. The hotel has a beautiful river view and is very close to everything in town.

It's within walking distance of the main streets and has an enormous amount of dining options. The room was spotless with a fantastic view of the river through a wall-sized window—plenty of light with comfortable beds. But the service and attention were the best features!

Amazing room

One of the room had molds smelling very strong, the owner said if she changes the room, I have to pay more. I told her, the room is smelly very bad, not good for health. If she continued having me pay more I will cancel all 3 rooms I booked; then she changed the room. I had one big room with 2 king beds, but smelling a bit molds. Another room with 2 twin beds, the beds have bedbugs bitten my husband and my son’s ankles.

Had to cancel a week before I was to arrive. Hotel wouldn’t communicate at all. Not with me. Not with Expedia. Nobody. I’m aware of the cancellation policy but they refused to talk to anyone. No answer when called, emailed or messaged. Just took the money and ran. Disgusting. Piss off.

What I like the most is that the property manager provided traveling information and great service.

Reasonable price, cozy, kind people

The river view room we had, overlooking the Nam Khan River, was spectacular. The level of cleanliness & layout of the room was superb,

Staff was very friendly and kind. We asked to the staff to get train tickets for us and they got them with additional charge of only 50 thousand kip per one ticket which was reasonable. Restaurant of the hotel facing Khan River was so nice when to take breakfast.

Great location and this particular room #105 had a nice view of the river and mountains. Friendly staff, adequate breakfast, walking distance or a short tuk-tuk ride to everything in town. The property is a little bit dated cosmetically speaking and the Wi-Fi crashed frequently. Comfortable bed, but the pillows were much too thick.

We stayed in thr family room. It was very clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice large balcony. The location is hood, with a minimart nearby. The free bicycles were a nice touch. The breakfast was just okay though.

Absolutely lovely! Gorgeous view from the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and very filling! Free bikes are a nice touch though I did not use them. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in LP! Great staff as well.

No complaints at all. Friendly helpful staff in a well run facility. Room overlooking the river was better than expectations. Breakfast was fine not the best coffee but it’s kind of expected ( about the only thing they could improve ) ... pretty much a faultless choice. Slightly out of the main area but a pleasant 15 min walk to the heart of it all.
