It was good stay overall but not a 4 star level infrastructure and ambience. It's 3 star max to max when I see price to facility comparison with other hotels with similar amenities.

They have a no-onion, no-garlic veg restaurant which we liked but service was terrible. When we complained, attitude towards us became unfriendly though not hostile. Room wasnt clean enough, one of the bed sheet and blanket wasnt laundered before giving us. Daily cleaning has been pretty poor, they charge by hour if not checked out on time, which is pretty annoying.

They need to spped up the check in and check out time.Someone cant wait 30min for checkin and 30 min for checkout.

Not sure how this hotel can be rated a 4 star.We had trouble every step of the way:1. Check-in ExperienceFound the rooms to be extremely dirty and unhygienic.Bathrooms reeked like a public restrooms.Sheets and linens were not changed.Pillows had hair strands from prior guests.Sheets were stained and not changed. Some had blood stains.I have uploaded the pictures to the review.Unfortunately, we were 5 of us and were unable to get 3 rooms at Mayfair at the last minute so had to spend the night in this dumpster.We asked the house keeping guy to change all the sheets and pillows covers in all the rooms. At some point during this, he decided to throw a tantrum and left. The owner of the hotel had to request him to come back and complete the change.The checkin process took 3 hours.We had booked the room for two days but ran the next day.2. Dining ExperienceWhen we ordered in-room dining, we got used, unwashed cutlery.3. No Hot Water in the room.4. Checkout ExperienceThe hotel does not accept international cards.

Rather new hotel not too far from Puri beach. Rooms are clean (at least for Indian standards) and spacy. Breakfast is ok. Staff is helpful. Overall a good solution to stay in Puri.
