Pieces of our shower door were loose and several tiles on our bathroom floor were loose. The bed was super flat and uncomfortable in one of our rooms.

I showed up for my reservation on September 27, 2024 and was told my room was canceled by hotel.com.hotel.com did not call to tell me that my room was canceled nor did the hotel call to tell me that my room was canceled. Even though I booked through Hotels.com, I fail as a business. I am your customer still at the end of the day and you all should have called to let me know that my reservation was canceled. Because now I will probably never use Hotels.com again, but then your facilities won’t come up in mind because you know I think you don’t care for your customers.
But then the young lady and the manager was not friendly delivering the news like I was bugging them so you guys can brush up on your Customer Service skills as well.
I will say that the facility was clean looked very nice. However, the Customer Service will probably not allow me to come to your facilities again.

Every year for the past 3 years I stay here when visiting my family. This is my bad experience. Upon arrival water pressure was very very low could barely wash hands, toilet was broken and kept breaking after every 3rd use figured out how to fix in the back. Management did fix it the first time immediately when reported. The hot tub was just as cold as the regular pool which is another reason I usually book here. Ice machine had no ice every time I tried to use it. The pool table had all broken pool sticks. Pancake maker kept breaking. Just overall wasn’t the usual great stay I’m used to experiencing. Hopefully next time will be better.

If you like warm coffee and noise, this is your place.
People using the walks as drums next to us.
Loud tv playing. Told the manager but the noise continued.
And warm coffee. At the very least have fresh hot coffee in the morning.

Stayed here while visiting family and had an excellent stay! Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand soap, and lotion that all smelled wonderfully. I noticed the lobby bathrooms were even stocked with feminine products, which I’d never seen anywhere else. Breakfast had options of hot and cold food. Our first night was a little noisy because of guests and our room was close to the amenities, but every other night it was peaceful. Felt safe in the area and it’s conveniently located by the highway. I would stay here again!

It was a peaceful, quit stay, but they have one ice machine that was down for the whole stay and the whirlpool kept going in and out.

I had car issues and was not able to make check in and I had to get a tow and didn't have time to cancel reservation. Well I was still charged for a room that I did not use. Will not be using this in the future.

When we first arrived I had 2 staff members walk by and not even greet me or say hi. The last that help act like it was forced. We did not have access to our room the entire stay the staff had to unlock the door each time such an inconvenience

I had to clean my room every night I paid almost 600 to stay there for a week… the house keepers continued to skip my room to the point where I had to bag up my trash and go down stairs and request cleaning supplies and buy bedding from Walmart to clean my own room. They said they will approve a refund and never did…. Hotels.con offered me a 25 credit which was unacceptable for all the work and discomfort I endured during my stay. To top it all off my ac in my room went out the temp in the room was almost 90 degrees and it took them hours to switch my room
