Overall a lovely stay. We booked a king room but I'm sure the bed was a queen at most.

Temperature of the room was too warm even with windows opened. Finally got engineers to centrally reduce the ambient temperature on the air conditioning system to restore some degree of comfort.

New hotel with nice location and very clean. Staff is courteous and with good English, which is hard to find in China, even in world class hotels.

Staff remembered us very well and facilitated our occasional requests. Many of the staff speak English so we had no issues getting our requests met or answered.Great cuisine and much variety. The restaurant staff were also very good and this experience encourages any guest to return.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful. The best part of the experience was the morning breakfast. Peter He and his team are excellent, the food is amazing and service first class.

Really nice hotel close to a big shopping mall and a subway station.It was really convenient for our purpose. Excellent service for the whole stay. The only negative point was the meal: ordered from the menu and received vegetables from the buffet... Would still go back!

Booked the hotel room but the staff claimed couldnt find the booking and requested me to do a with new booking at RMB718. With my search in email to show them my booking evidence, they only found it. Improvement in booking tracking is required. Overall room condition, is very clean, quiet and comfortable.

บริการยอดเยี่ยม ห้องสวยมาก สะอาด อุปกรณ์ครบ ใกล้สถานีรถไฟความเร็วสูงเทียนจินซี เดินไปก็ได้แค่ 3-4 กิโลเมตร ให้โรงแรมเรียกแท็กซีให้ก็ได้ ฝากกระเป๋าไว้ได้แล้วค่อยกลับมาเอาตอนเย็น ไม่ไกลโรงเเรมเดินออกไปมี KFC , Mac เดินไปอีกนิดเจอ ไปรษณีย์ China Post
It is 5 stars hotel. A very good service and staff. Big room, very clean, feel new hotel, modern style. I book this hotel because it is near the Tianjin Xi Railway station. Take a taxi 10 minutes to Tianjin Xi Railway Station. Around Hotel, you can walk to KFC , Mac and China post. You can check-out and drop your baggage at the hotel after that come back to pick up your baggage again. Highly recommended.

New, big and spacious rooms with comfy beds that are huge even for twin beds. Decor is modern and classy. One drawback about the toilet is that there’s a drain ditch in the shower area, if you are not careful might trip on it and fall. Otherwise the room is well equipped for an international hotel chain. Plus points is that it’s new so things are fresh and clean. The location is not so ideal as it’s not near Tianjin rail station, and the location stated on Google Maps is incorrect. Even searching “166 beima Road” on Google shows a wrong point as well, it’s further down the road and hotels.com’s location is accurate.
