Excellent hotel and staff! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff

If I could give the Lango a 100 stars I would. The staff, the property are amazing. Mostly the staff! I miss you all.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our sea front room. I will make an effort to stay there again!

Awesome breakfast and the complete staff is very friendly and helpful. The beach of the hotel is very nice! Perfect view on the sunset every evening.

The Lango Design Hotel was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The service from everyone was friendly, caring, proactive, and perfect in every way. The room and amenities, the food in the restaurant, the beach, and the location, all were of top-notch quality and it made our trip to Kos the best part of our vacation in Greece. Away from the bustle of the city but a short bike ride to the center of Kos Town, it was very relaxing and easy to get anywhere. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Seems like the bus drops off right across the street but its easy to rent a car in Kos, lots of options right down from the port. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms just beautiful, the pool area is stunning. Adults only is the way to go in Kos and this resort was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! Amazing sunsets too! Beach chairs right across the road!

What a fantastic hotel. Everything about it is top class. The staff are superb, friendly, helpful and attentive. I only had lunch but the quality was excellent. Spa is small but beautiful and the massage was excellent. I was solo just for one night and I would say that it is truly a romantic venue for couples. Truly a 5 star hotel

There is not much to fault with this hotel at all; it was definitely a 5 star stay. From the start we were greeted with warm & friendly staff who were always willing to help in any way they could. The rooms are a very generous size and always cleaned excellently. The pool area is very relaxing, with ample amounts of beds so there is no need to get up early to reserve one. Not only that but the private beach across the road was such a treat and even offered bar/drinks service through a button system. The only thing I could fault is the 11am check out time as it is quite early but the hotel will keep your bags and let you use all their facilities until you depart, as well as offer you a shower. Kos town is a 30-40 min walk however, there are plenty of e-scooters around the corner which are cheap and easy to use or you can rent a bike during your stay if you would rather not walk. Overall this hotel was beautiful and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

Great stay in Every way

This was without a doubt the best hotel we’ve stayed at. From the moment we got there the reception staff so were so helpful and continued to be throughout our stay. The room was lovely, the dining area for breakfast, the and dinner was brilliant with a nice view onto the pool. The view from the main bar was beautiful looking onto the sea, especially at sunset. All staff polite and helpful.

Great room, loved breakfast! Staff were very kind and super helpful. Very modern, beach could do with some cleaning as sand is not very fine there. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in a Deluxe Suite for 4 nights. From the second we arrived this hotel was just pure luxury, the beach was great, the pool was amazing, the service is incredible and the rooms and bedding are very comfy and welcoming. Would recommend this to any couple looking for some time away. There are small issues we had: - The sink's in the rooms have very weird plug holes which we felt like we where going to drop our rings into when washing our hands. we got round this by balancing the plug at an angle. - The shower had a small leak when you used it at full power. - We didn't prepare for the sea to be as stony as it was and didn't have any sea shoes. Overall these had no material effect on the holiday and we would fully agree with the 9.6/10 that the hotel had when we booked it.

The hotel is gorgeous and we had a lovely stay. All the members of staff were very attentive and helpful at all times.

Everything was great, one point still wanted to emphasize: Highly intelligent personnel - they always are first before you even ask for whatever. It is nice to see personnel behaving naturally, no pressure from management - not like many other fancy hotels, where personnel look like slaves.

Truly a 5 star experience, I came here for my birthday holiday and the staff made me feel so special on my day, by decorating my room with balloons and bringing me out a cake with champagne at breakfast. The staff are so friendly and accommodating the hotel is spotless with amazing food and only a 10 minute drive to Kos town. Thank you Lango design hotel for making my stay at Greece a one to remember. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were spacious and modern. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The pool area is great as well with comfortable cabanas and beds. About a 25min walk from the main town which is nice. The only thing is the private beach area across the street was small and there was a lot of seaweed. The chairs were nice and comfortable and there’s a button you can press for food service which is a nice touch. If they were able to clean the excessive seaweed from time to time so that it would make it pleasant to take a dip in the ocean, it would be perfect.

We stayed at Lango for our honeymoon and the staff here went out of their way to make our experience perfect memorable. The hotel is not only stunning with the most beautiful sea front view, the customer service was second to none. Everyone greeted us with happiness and welcomed us like long lost friends. We had a suite with a private pool overlooking the sea which was breathtaking. The staff recommendations for food and sights were worth taking as everything we did we loved. Breakfast was fantastic and delicious, the spa was wonderful. We miss being there! Thank you to everyone at Lango for making our honeymoon perfect x

We love keeping up with exercise on holiday and the gym was very basic for a 5 star hotel.

This means that there was always a rush in the morning for people to claim the sun loungers... again only certain loungers got the sun so if you were not early you wouldnt get in. We ate one evening at the hotel, the food was nice but not worth the 3 x cost of other local restaurants. Breakfasts were amazing, we filled up and never needed lunch. Great variety of food for breakfast. Overall a beautiful hotel.

A wonderful hotel, beautifully designed with amazing personal service. Definitely recommended

The Lango Hotel was absolutely fantastic. Everything from the facilities, to the staff, to the ambiance and food were top quality and it was a great value for the money. The hotel is relatively new and was extremely clean, modern and updated with a fantastic pool / bar area and a small private beach across the street. Our stay was during Aug/Sept 2021 and while the hotel was not crowded it was lively enough to feel comfortable. In addition to the pool and beach, the onsite gym, spa and dining area were beautiful and we made use of everything including the spa (we had great massages & body treatments). The service was also fantastic. Everyone we interacted with from the bell hop to dining and the pool area were so kind and helpful and were genuinely happy to engage with us and ensure our experience was positive. Maria and Chrysanthe at reception were absolute standouts and gave us great recommendations for dinner, sightseeing and activities and even went so far as to book everything for us. This truly made the experience unforgettable. The only downside is that the hotel's private beach is a bit small with a lot of rocks in the water, but this wasn't a big deal because Tigaki has a fantastic beach and is a 10-15 minute bus / buggy / bike ride away. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend the Lango Hotel to anyone looking to have a relaxing vacation in a beautiful atmosphere. We can't wait to return. We had a really amazing stay at Lango. Check in was such a pleasant experience after a long day, our bags were taken to our upgraded room as we were greeted and relaxed with a welcome drink on the terrace, we were straight in holiday mode! Covid precautions were well administered and we felt completely at ease. Our room was spacious and the bed and linen were super comfy! We enjoyed relaxing by the pool which looked lovely although very cold so unfortunately could only manage one dip! The staff were all really friendly and gave us lots of fab recommendations of places to eat and explore! Thanks for a great stay, we had a lovely 9 days with you at Lango! :)

The hotel and staff were really great and took Social distancing/ Covid measures seriously. The breakfast was also really good and always enough choice!

Kos was our 3rd stop on a island hopping trip of Santorini, Mykonos, Kos and Rhodes. Before heading to Kos, I believed it to be focused much more towards all inclusive resorts and families - until we stayed at Lango. The hotel is beautiful; it's like it opened yesterday, only that the staff completely bring it to life. We were lucky enough to get to know everyone who served us in the 3nights we were there and were really sad to leave. Stefanos, the service manager and Eldi, Pantelis and Julia made our trip - they stood out above the fantastic food, great drinks and amazing building as the real stars of the hotel. Our trip to Greece wouldn't have been the same without them. The restaurant is fantastic and rivals those of the 5* hotels we'd stayed in on Santorini and Mykonos, but with a more reasonable price. Taking everything into account, Lango offered the best value of all of the places we stayed in Greece for a 5* experience. I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone.
