Good hotel and excellent service

It was very much comfortable to stay at Four Seasons in KL. I chose a room which has a lounge access and I enjoyed lounge experience all day long. It has 3 time hour service, morning, afternoon tea and supper and what was surprising me most was that I could see different dishes every time through the 4-day stay. Thank you for the wonderful stay in KL.

Our one bedroom apartment had a lot of stains on the walls and furniture.It wasn't Four Season's standard clean.

We got upgraded from a park view club room to a junior suite, super happy about it especially since it's new year's eve. They prepared a birthday cake for my girlfriend and a special new year's eve cake. The executive club lounge is great, tons of food selection and special dinner buffet menu. Gym has lots of equipments and great view. Very impressed by the breakfast buffet as well, largest selection of breakfast foods I've ever seen. Great service and friendly staff. Strongly recommend this hotel for any sort of celebrations

Very appreciative of the hotel’s transportation service at 1:00 am. The staff was remarkable at every level, the whole stay. A cot was provided without even asking for it. The hotel is across the street from a great mall, good food, and the Petronas towers. I’ve stayed at many 4 & 5 star hotels through traveling and this hotel was superior!

Four Seasons have thought of everything in terms of amenities and making their guests feel at home. They sent us cakes and chocolates for our honeymoon/bday. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is a short walk from the Petronas Towers and the shopping mall. I would definitely stay here again. Amazing hotel and staff.

This is one of the largest Four Seasons we have visited. The hotel fills an entire skyscraper whose rooms have unparalleled views of KL. All restaurants are top notch! The Bar Trigona is one of the best in the world (try the umami cocktail). The Lounge restaurant is a must for tea time (much of it designed by Jimmy Choo). Location is great right next Petronas towers.

It was not the four seasons that I expected...

Fabulous property! And the staff were all so professional yet welcoming! From the doorman to check in, to the team at Curate for breakfast. It was lovely really. It was a short stay this time and we will love to be back!

The Four Seasons KL is a fantastic property with a friendly and helpful staff in a terrific location in Kuala Lumpur’s City Center neighborhood. The room was immaculately clean, and the furnishings and amenities were opulent. My only gripe was that the in-room iPad kept getting frozen. This device allows guests to place room service orders & directly communicate to the hotel’s staff. One phone call to guest service and the issue was swiftly resolved, but since this device was so useful to me, I was disappointed that it was so unreliable. Other than that, the hotel is absolutely incredible. The location is unbeatable (next to the Petronas Towers, KLCC Suria Mall). I highly recommended this property to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in KL!

The first day I check in the hotel the staff are very very helpful and courtesy (specially the supervisor shui Lee ) . The coffee house waitress (can’t remember her name ) she is very very good customer services. Overall the staff are very excellent services . The food 5 stars

Very big room, but design wise, still loses to Grand Hyatt KL’s room, in my opinion. View wise, Grand Hyatt has the full view of KLCC while Four Seasons is right next to KLCC, which means the view is less attractive. Having said that, the Four Seasons service level is impeccable, slightly better than Hyatt.

Great place to stay. Spacious room, fantastic view and helpful staff.

FS KL was the perfect hotel for our first family staycation (since the pandemic!). Whilst waiting for our room to be ready (for check-in), we had lunch at the poolside bar (delicious nasi goreng & decent burger) and had a quick swim in the pool (we came ready with our swimsuits!). There’s a smaller wading pool which was fun for our kid. The hotel room itself was really lovely, comfortable and spacious. We had requested for an additional bed for our kid, and even so, there was plenty of space for us to move about the room. Loved everything about the bathroom - the Kohler bathtub, Kohler toilet (with the fancy panel - like the Japanese style toilets), and L’Occitane toiletries. The breakfast at Curate had a good spread of local food, and assortments of pastries. Of notable mention, ALL the staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and genuinely pleasant - great service staff! Would highly recommend FS KL as the top choice of hotel in KL.

The fridge wasn’t cold, as the rubber seal was coming off. The iPad in the room wasn’t charging. The water pipe for the shower makes a banging noise when it’s on. Executive lounge was closed, should have let the customers know prior to booking. Couldn’t access to any club facility and had to eat with every guests. Found broken glass on the bathroom floor. The trap door under the bath couldn’t close.
