Reception staff happily dealt with us, even though we were an out of hours checkin.

Everything was excellent, the room was very clean only thing missing was a room safe. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choices. The staff are the best,so helpful.

quaint little b&b in the heart of the city with friendly staff and hearty breakfast. parking is available upon reserving a space at extra cost but it is a bit hard to find if you're driving as it's hidden and signage up front isn't very visible. I arrived late so they had a convenient check-in process for after-hours. I had booked ground floor so I wouldn't have to drag my large suitcase up the stairs but turns out I had to drag the suitcase up a few steps to the b&b anyway as an old building. it's located in a convenient main street with the tram so you could easily park the car and take the tram into the city center for shopping and dining options in about 10 mins. tram operates late so it's convenient to get around. hotel room was a bit small but it was a cute little b&b. bed wasn't super comfy and bathroom was on small side but I still slept well b/c I was exhausted. I woke up late and when I walked over for breakfast, they said it was over but had left all the food there and told me to help myself, even made me eggs so I was very grateful. they also were nice enough to put my hams and cheeses in their fridge after I checked out and toured the city the day I left. I picked them up and drove off in the early afternoon and they were flexible w the time to move the car for parking although I wished they had not charged for parking at all. I guess space is tight and parking is at a premium.

The courtyard around the property looks a bit run down, but everything else was excellent - the room, the public areas, the cleanliness, the fantastic breakfast, easy walk to the bus stop for the airport bus, walking distance to the city centre - and all that at a very affordable price. Thank you!

Older B&B; Room lacking AC, Breakfast really good

Friendly staff. Bathroom could be better. Not much space and it was difficult to shower because shower head when hanged kept pointing to the wall.

We were late checking in but the staff messaged us to let us know where to park & how to get our room key. The room is clean & comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet & safe

It is a nice B&B tucked away in internal court. We arrived at about 20:30, self checked in. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Stayed for one night.

I absolutely loved this B&B. The breakfast room -- which you can use later in the day if you have to work like I did -- is beautiful. The rooms are incredibly clean. But the best of all is the staff. Iris and Alina really went above and beyond to help me sort out travel plans and make reservations. They are what made my stay in Zagreb so special.

We hay a great stay! Staff is fabulous! Our room was just remodeled and very cozy! The location is very convenient! Walkable distancia to downtown! Or tram crossing the street. Breakfast was good!

Casa Blanca is a gem! Rooms are lovely and the breakfast offering is very complete. Quiet and clean - short walk to main attractions. Staff is very solicitous. Guest guidelines are clear and good practice to ensure property remains clean and tidy. Absolutely recommend.

The rooms are for the most part soundproof, always a great bonus, and kept very clean. Location is a bit away from the center of the tourist area but very walkable or, a quick ride by tram to the sights. There's an excellent cafe/bar (Verde) on the next major street that runs parallel to Vlaska and Vagabond restaurant, almost next door, is almost always open and provides basic but very good food. A very pleasant place to park your hat.

The staff answered your questions, the place was clean, breakfast was a nice touch. The outside signs to the hotel needs improvement, our remote control, did not work, but most important our AC did not work and it was hot and unbearable to sleep. We tried to go downstairs for help but no one was around ( 830-9 pm).. I highly suggest paying a few dollars more and staying somewhere else.

Breakfast was good and hotel was about a 20 minute walk to the Center square. We booked on Expedia and didn’t know we needed to make a parking reservation. Parking is very limited and quite a small area. Very tiny room, shower was very small, bed was low to the floor. We would not stay here again.

We loved staying in this beautiful B&B. It's very much like home with lovely furniture, a comfortable lounge and a very attractive breakfast dining area. The food was great and the staff were wonderful, giving us very good tips about Zagreb including the free walking tour of the city.

Very helpful reception staff, lovely breakfast room surrounded by garden. Clean, fresh bedroom but no blackout curtains. Woken up very early due to sunlight. A bit far fro main square etc.

All staff members I met were amusing. They were so helpful providing information on the property and how to get around. Breakfast is good with cooked dish and some choices of bread, cereals, cheese and cold cuts. The property is just a few tram stops from the main bus station or main square, relatively quiet and I like it a lot. Will definitely come back if I visit Zagreb again.
