My only complain was that we were in a corner room lvl 15 and it was very windy we barely slept because of the noise from the windows other than that good costumer service, safe and clean

All employees around the facility (including restaurant, housekeeping and massage department) were friendly and approachable. Unlike the front desk ladies, they were not friendly. For a tourist person ( two) that stayed almost 9 nights at this hotel, they should offered at least a bottle of wine, a fruit plater or discount coupons for massages. I had been to a handful of hotels in the past (visited 10 different countries in 2023) and the hotel’s front desk ALWAYS offer some kind of upgrades or at least a bottle of wine as appreciation of my business. The front desk employees acted like they were doing a big favor hosting me and my 2 sons.

Everything was perfect. The staff is outstanding and extremely helpful. We spend 6 nights and had all our dinners at the hotel, also very good.
We can highly recommend this hotel and it’s employees.

Excellent place to stay, for leisure or for business. I stayed for a long 10 days period and everything was excellent ! Spacious and quiet rooms, nice and comfortable swimming pool, a good and more than enough gym and good food at the restaurants. Needless to say that service is super super good ! Staff was friendly and helpful at all time !

I loved everything about this hotel. So accommodating, extremely clean and so friendly. I was able to get laundry service on a Sunday despite the service not usually being open on sundays and got my laundry within a couple hours, faster than the normal timing. The restaurant food was also amazing. Not a single complaint. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

I have stayed at the Marriott in Santa Cruz twice now on my way to Cochabamba. After a long flight from the U.S. its so nice to arrive at the Marriott which is clean, comfortable beds, a great shower and excellent breakfast.

I would have rated this higher if they had accommodated my request to change my reservation after my wife's doctor would not allow her to travel, due to an emergency operation.
Orbitz was totally unhelpful, and responses from the hotel were just as bad.

The hotel is in very good condition, clean and nice.
The breakfast quality could improve a lot . The room had no water service when we got there , I had to call late at night when I realized this problem so they could open the valve for the room ( this was a first) .
The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

This reservation was an error, we did not use it. We expected a refund but did not get it. We will not use Expedia or Marriot again.

Excellent hotel. Only complaint is that a door in the room was connected to another room. I'd generally be cool with this, except I was able to hear almost everything in the other room such as snoring throughout the night, doors shutting and opening, etc.

First - no drawers or shleves in closet to store clothes.
Worst of all, there is glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom, so if you use the restroom at night or take an early shower, the light wakes up your sleeping partner - extremely annoying. Never seen a hotel room designed like that.
Also television takes 5 seconds to change from one channel to another - also annoying if you are looking for a good program amongst the 100 channels!

Unique, that I was really sick of something that eat on the street, and they support me with the special diet and all the illness care
