The property had easy access to the square, meals, and shopping. We were visiting for a short time but we got to see a lot in a small amount of time. The shops in the square also have great souvenirs. Overall, this was a great experience.

This property was a self contained flat. It had everything you needed. Including a washing machine, a dishwasher microwave and hob. They left ample tea , coffee and sugar. It was literally on the main square. It was also quiet in the property. It was definitely value for money. We were really impressed with it. If ever we go to Poland we we certainly book this apartment

Best place to stay in Krakow

Great small apartment for a nice weekend in the absolute center of the town. Only downside is the breakfast served at a restaurant 200 m away, the waiters were not interested in creating a nice atmosphere and the content of the predefined menus didn’t match the descriptions at the hotel.

Perfect location

The latest cation of this property is fantastic and its selling point. The entry to the building and areas before you enter the apartments could use some work. Would stay again for the location and value

Excellent apartments, clean, quiet and location is perfect .

Our AC didn’t work initially but staff was very attentive and got it fixed right away.

Location was excellent. It's an older building, nothing luxurious but more than adequate for a stay in Krakow. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The location was perfect to be right in the heart of the city. We also loved the independence of having an apartment, once you were checked in you were left alone which was lovely and peaceful

A central stay with the main sqaure less than 10 steps from the apartments. The apartments does not offer 24/7 reception which is why I have knocked a star off; if it had this then that would help keep the noise levels down in the different rooms; they provide ear plugs which you'll probably need!

We've just had the best 4 days in these apartments at Feniks Fragola and would definitely come back. The location overlooking the square (not all apartments have a view so beware) is perfect and you're literally in the centre of everything. Clean, well equipped with really lovely staff. The only slight negative was lack of information before we arrived in terms of getting access to the apartment. We found at least another 2 or 3 couples experienced the same issue during our stay and we let them in. That aside everything else was first class.

The staff are lovely at reception and were very kind to us. Checking in and out was so easy. The apartment is lovely and light and in the most beautiful location. Such a gorgeous view from the window seat. The main bed is very comfortable as are the bed linens. There is alot of helpful things in the apartment such as iron, glass wear, cutlery and fridge. The only downside for me... I was disappointed in the sofa bed, although comfortable, it was rather dirty (the cushion ls are gross) and when I pulled it out to make the bed up, there was dirty tissues down the side and a vape on the floor behind with lots of dust. I also didn't think it was hygienic to store the coffee and sugar in the bathroom by the toilet.. It was a bit bizarre as there are alot of cupboards in the kitchenette area. Other than that, it was great and I would definitely stay again.

Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. We stayed in 2b fragola, queen room with a bay window. I loved sitting in looking out on to the main square. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed including a washing machine and dish washer. You could hear activity at night from the main square but it was part of the holiday. I would say there was some noise in morning which we think was the pubs and hotels getting stocked up but again due to location you can't expect anything else it didn't annoy or interrupt us. I would definitely stay again. You could also leave bags before and after check in which was very useful. There was tea, coffee and sugar in the room and a microwave.

Lovely apartment, all about the location and the view, which must be the best in Krakow. Spacious and clean, though for the price I think a couple of things could be improved. Entry, you need three codes and a phone link (which if there is poor coverage is a bit flaky), sometimes took a couple of minutes to get in. The lights are very bright (which is nice) but the standing lamp switch was broken, so the choise was all or nothing. There was only a small amount of crockery, and it would have been nice to say have a welcome basket (or at least salt pepper and oil) for if you wanted to cook (and we did as it was a lovely place to eat looking our over the square), and the soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken (didn't pump). Just little things, but it is one of the most expensive aprtments in the city so expectations are high. You are right on the squre and near a nightclub entrance (thurs - sun I think), so there is some noise, but earplus were thoughtfully provided and we did sleep ok. But would I stay again... Absolutely. The location is simply the best.

Great location, so comfortable and very well furnished- everything you need as a base for a short stop in Krakow. Staff very helpful too. May experience noise from the street/bars at the weekend given its location.

A beautiful apartment with everything you need! The staff are very welcoming and there is proper tea and coffee (including filter coffee, but sadly we had no way of using it). There’s even a radio in the toilet for your comfort! We had a brilliant view and great sized balcony overlooking the old town square which is literally just outside the main door. The building is also very secure with 3 codes to access your room. 10/10.

Delightful apartments, perfect location and had everything you could need!

The guest room was fine. The outer hallways, elevator and entry foyer was a bit undesirable.

Cannot recommend this property enough. Perfect location, polite and helpful staff, lovely rooms. Constant communications to help you access the property. The best stay in Krakow

We love this place! It’s very convenient that you can get access to any famous places by foot. It’s close to many wonderful restaurants. The room is very fancy and we love the design of the room. Also the room is very cozy and clean, and the price is more than reasonable. We will definitely chose this place again if we have chance to come back the city.

So clean, in the center of old town, charming, added security with lots of amenities and amazing view.

Charming building in a fantastic location! Perfect mix of an apartment and hotel. Rooms of all kinds. Highly recommend if you are visiting Krakow!

Great location right in the centre of the old town with coffee shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars all within a couple of minutes walk. Although it was a studio apartment it felt light and spacious and had good facilities including fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer and kettle. The staff were friendly and helpful and the communication from the company is excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

There is a night club right underneath the hotel where you will hear the laud music and the party going on. You will not be able to sleep at night. Also the bathroom has a very laud water pump that goes off every 15-20 minutes making it impossible to stay asleep. Its quite terrible because the hotel is beautiful but it comes with laud noises.

Really happy with the apartment. Staff very polite & friendly and gave help when needed. Apartment was very spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. An excellent view of the square, really enjoyed sitting on the window seat, taking in the view and watching the trumpeter at top of St Mary’s church. Ideal location for all the eating/drinking places. Had some lovely food, would recommend trying the Perogies. I would recommend the apartments for a stay in Krakow. P.S, noticed some people previously commented about the noise from outside, we found it ok, tended to start during down after 10.30pm. Didn’t bother us.
