I only like the shuttle service going to airport.The price is too expensive for no coffee complimentary. The space is very small. Bathroom sink drain is not working properly. Poor construction of bathroom. No restaurant in the property. I will not stay and not recommend this place.

Pros: - convinient location - responsive and very efficient staff especially Zoila. She’s very accommodating and helpful. - attentive staff Cons: - we didn’t complain but the pillow case doesn’t smell good and the fabric of the towels are too rough. All in all.. it was a great experience.

Like: Friendly staff, easy check-in, good and safe location, clean and comfortable room.Dislike: Water pressure is weak (difficult to take a shower), water heater not working, hazy cable TV.

Proximity to the city, clean. Beds are a bit small but not a problem. All is good!

I suggest that extra person and extra bed should be clear. although I was happy that Robertson did consider my arguement, i commend their prompt action to the matter.

Very nice Hotel , clean rooms, modern bathrooms with nice fixtures. Ample parking with security, Hotel is a short walk to several good restaurants , the Hotel’s restaurant is modern and upscale , very comfortable seating, I will stay here again when visiting Naga.

This small hotel in Naga, Philippines exceeded all my expectations. The accommodation was excellent and this service was on par with 5 star hotels I have stayed at. A gem of a hotel in the heart of Naga. Highly recommend.

Room- small but fair already for 2 people and the room is modernly designed. Bathroom- love the shower as you have 2 choices for the shower head, there is also hot and cold water to choose from. Shower area is really clean. Wifi- fast Service- all the staff are accomodating and they quickly respond to requests especially in cleaning the room. Parking- small and very inconvenient as the hotel also includes there shuttle on there sister hotel which is taking up so much space on the parking lot and we were always stuck on our parking side until they move there shuttle bus.

Clean establishment, friendly staff, small but adequate rooms. Wish hot water had been hot instead of just a lil more than cold. Extras are an extra fee (blankets, roll away bed even though I booked with a child, etc). Overall a pleasant stay

Nice and clean hotel. Staff were great. Room was a little small but fit my needs.

This hotel gives you bare basics but does it well. The rooms are clean, amenities all work, service is laudable — all at a reasonable price. I would book here again the next time that I’m in Naga.

The hotel is affordable and clean. The room is small though but everything inside, including beddings, towels are new. There is no restaurant inside the hotel but there are many places to eat within walking distance. The receptionists and room service crew are extremely helpful. Shuttle service to airport is available and inexpensive. I will definitely stay in this hotel on my next visit to Naga.
