The hotel was very clean, customer service was superb and the breakfast provided a variety of options. This is an excellent value hotel.

It was an excellent stay. Friendly staff, accommodated me with an issue. Room was clean, everything was good no complaints.

Not a bad spot if you want to stay just outside NYC some place and will have a car.

When I make my reservation it was$186.73 and they charged me $100 more at checkin and my beds wasn’t clean

Easy to the highway, quiet, convenient check in

I really like this hotel because it' easy to cross to NYC through Washington Bridge; however, I am only giving 3 start as overall because, the bathroom items were very limited as we constantly have to request to staff for toilet paper, tissues, shampoo and hand soap which was really annoying to request literally every single day. The other things is that our air conditioner in the room was leaking and by our last night stay the carpet was wet. Finally, the last day our room was not even cleaned, the staff just placed one toilet paper but the bathroom was not even clean, the beds were made but the room was not cleaned either. I told the staff at the front desk the day I was leaving for which they apologize but asked me if I had mentioned it which I did not as we arrived late at night to even bother but I still mention it so that they can improve their services as the hotel is really nice and in a convenient location in New Jersey. The other thing they need to improve is to have more variety for breakfast as they literally served scrambled eggs everyday which became really boring after being there almost for a week an spending almost CAD $300/night.

The service was top-notch, the amenities were great, the location was perfect, and there was a very convenient stop for an express bus into Manhattan that couldn’t be beat! I would recommend this hotel, very highly to anyone travelling to the greater New York area.

Very clean and convenient hotel. Great AC. Big room and bathroom. All the staff always greeted us. Complimentary valet parking. I would definitely stay here again!

I like everything about this property; specially that you can take the bus in front o the hotel to go to New York City and near the route 80 and route 4.

Great hotel

The hotel is very clean and offer a great breakfast. The maid on the 15th floor had attitude. When we said good morning to her. Her response was she wish anyone would go home so she can clean the rooms and leave early. The rest of the staff in the place was very nice and when we talk to the manager about the situation. He assured us that it will be handled properly.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The lobby, rooms, dining areas all very clean and well kept.

The stars above indicate my positive feelings about my stay. I didnt like the breakfast. In fact it's quite terrible. The options are limited and the quality and taste was samething never to be experienced by anyone.

A FREE parking garage was one of the many family amenities that were super helpful. Nice rooms, a pool and fitness center: and the complimentary breakfast sealed the deal! Really enjoyed this hotel and was a lifesaver due to our home A/C unit dying out a day before the 4th forcing us to find a place to cool off for a couple days.
