The check in process was super delayed - at our 3:00 check in the apologized and said our room isn’t ready and that it’ll be ready in 40-50 mins. We waited in the lobby for an hour, then went back and they said it’ll be another 40 minutes. Besides that, our stay was lovely. The u-bahn is a 2 minute walk away - super convenient!

We ended up at this hotel after our flight was cancelled. We spent 2 nights here and it was very comfortable. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but did enjoy coffee in the lobby in the afternoon and had a wonderful dinner there. The hotel is situation on a college campus, so there aren’t a lot of dining options near by, but we did find a cafe within walking distance. There is also public transportation available.

It seemed like it was located in an industrial park so not very touristy but the train station 10 ft from the property was very handy

Dont go there if your flight is cancelled and you want to eat dinner. We showed up at 9pm. Front desk said kitchen is open for 40 more minutes. So, we immediately went to the bar (restaurant was closed). After waiting 15 minutes for staff to acknowledge us, i flagged down a young lady and told her we would like to eat. She handed me ywo menus and went behind the bar and poured some drinks. I eventually let her know that when she was done I was ready to order. In the interim my wife went to the room to see if room service was available and faster (neither to both). After about another ten minutes the young lady finished with her drinks. When i told her what we wanted she said the kitchen was closed. FYI: it was still earlier than the listed closing time.

Very easy to arrive to the hotel and metro right outside to go into Munich. Very convenient

Out of the city, but therefore quiet and more relaxed. Modern , king bed and underground right outside.

At check in, I was not informed about wifi, breakfast hours, whether breakfast was included with the room, or where to find the elevator. I also did not receive an offer to help with my bags. I thought the staff could have been friendlier at both check in and check out. The signage around the property could have been better. The hotel is in the middle of a complex and it would have been helpful to have some signs pointing to the hotel entrance. It would have been nice for the property to have a discount deal with the parking garage. When I checked out, I mentioned a small problem with the room (shower drain cover was loose). I could tell this was going to be ignored. I also wanted to check out of 1 of 2 rooms I had booked and was told that they wanted to do them at the same time. I had checked out of 1 of 2 rooms at other hotels during the trip. This was an exception. There was no “sorry for the inconvenience” expressed. The room was clean. The hotel was well maintained.

This hotel is in a very isolated area. The hotel itself is beautiful and the room was fantastic. The downside is there is nothing in that area as far as restaurants etc. although there is a restaurant on property. Also, I booked this room bc it listed Air conditioning as an amenity while other hotels did not. Sadly, the only control you have over the AC is from 18-20° Celsius. You can literally dial between 3 setting, and none actually blow cold air. We stayed on a rather warm June day, and could NOT get comfortable in the room or sleep bc it was so hot in our room. Thats ridiculous. It’s a shame bc it’s a beautiful property. Would be nice to stay here if it’s winter and you don’t require AC.

In general we enjoyed staying in your hotel, the only small criticism that we can mention, was the toilet roll holder which is mounted in the wrong position. The breakfast was fairly priced with an excellent spread.

Beautiful hotel

Stayed at the hotel to shorten the trip for an early departure out of MUC. Room was small but nice and clean. Hotel lobby is shared with another hotel and possibly student housing.

Hotel is well maintained, fresh and open. Rooms are spacious, well laid out and comfy. The issue here was the bar and restaurant staff being totally overwhelmed. Only 3 staff to cater for a busy week at the hotel. Waiting over 45 minutes for simple bar food and having to wait long peroids to have a drink refreshed. This is no fault of the staff, they worked hard and cautiously to endeavour to assist everyone. There just needed to be more of them!

I did not like that the room was hot at night. I was unable to control room temp. Just an observation, no shower doors.

It is a fair hotel for the ones traveling between cities. The room had a lot of dust, but no carpet.The only awkward thing is that the reception and breakfast is located across the street on the gas station. If you arrive late is kind of scary. But other than that it is an ok hotel.

I have booked a room for 3 adults, while on the arrival I have realized that the room is too small for even 2 people. when I asked if the room can be upgraded - I was told that the hotel is overbooked and there are no bigger rooms available. I told the staff that I'm Marriott Elite Gold member and would appreciate if the hotel would find any chance to get us bigger room during our stay from June 29 through July 6. I was checking every day since then while without any success. It appears that as long as i booked the hotel via Hotels.com (not directly via marriott) I'm no longer treated as Marriott Elite Gold. It was extremely hot in Munich during our stay and the AC system in my room was not working I was told that it is hot outside (28-29C) and the HVAC can't cope with the heat, while the temperature in the corridor was OK. Chip and poor quality towels in the bathroom, size too small and just two per person. No slippers for guests. The shower gel and shampoo provided in extremely small tubes and quantities. I had to request to refresh the shower consumables several times as it was just not enough. The Shower compartment had no door/curtain so once any of us would take a shower the entire bathroom was flooded. We didn't feel as guest in this hotel. The front desk personnel not friendly at all. No wish to make your stay comfortable. I wonder if other marriott hotels in Munich are treating guest in the same way. At least my family and I are extremely disappointed.

It's a great property in a very quiet area near the university. There are no restaurants or nightlife in the immediate area, but the hotel is adjacent to the Underground train, and it's a quick stop to the old part of town, and another fairly short ride to downtown Munich!
