Good location and also nice service from the host. Really nice with the codesystem on the door.
We had a problem with the heatsystem, but when we asked for help they immediately got it fixed and also gave us a free breakfast at the cafe not far from the appartment. The breakfast was amazing!
The windowblends was in bad shape and should be changed. Still we had a good night sleep and all in all a nice stay. Thank you!

Great apartment! It was right in the Old town - perfect location. The front desk was super helpful even after the working hours. The check in instructions were super helpful and in general we had a great stay. The only reservation was the smell in the bathroom, which might have been the cause of the building where the apartment was located itself.

The apartment was really nice and very clean. Great location too, tram stops outside and nearby convenience stores too. 7 min walk to the main square.
Only downside, no instructions on how to use the oven grill (couldn’t identify the model so to Google instructions) and the WiFi was not working in the apartment. Although apart from that I would recommend Fragola. The apartment was perfect.

The elevator was broken twice, had to carry luggage. Elderly and injured travelers. Was very difficult to get luggage up and walk up to 4th floor.
The apartment was satisfactory.
Because the office closes business hour, repairs took a bit. When called off hours it was explained elevator was building problem vs rental company.

Woman called me at 8 AM in the morning asking when I am checking in and would not let me get a word in kept on rambling and when I tried to speak, kept cutting me off I didn’t even stay didn’t ask for a refund nothing just wanted to be done with it. I went and stayed at the Hilton, that is absolutely amazing

Fabulous apartment! Very modern and clean. Close to everything and walkable to shops and restaurants. Balcony was wonderful each morning and evening.

Fantastic apartment that is a two minute walk to the main square, and you can catch an Uber or taxi literally right outside the front door. The apartment was large and had everything I needed, but the balcony was disappointing. It looked out on an abysmal interior rooftop area, so there was no view or anything. Just a place to sit and get fresh air/smoke, but don’t book it for the appeal of the balcony, like I did :( Check in was very efficient with perfect instructions and electronic entry. Please note - this is an old building, so there is no elevator and the apartment is on the second floor. Would highly recommend!!

On a lovely, lively pedestrianized street with handy shops and places to eat, in walking distance of shopping, a great park, and public transport, this apartment is in a perfect location for a city break. The apartment is on the second floor of a lovely building, with good security, and everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. My only very small complaint was that the blinds let in too much light early morning (and slightly broken). So, really happy with our stay in Fragola Apartments and can highly recommend. Loved Poland too, a beautiful country!

Great place with a great location. A little hard to find but, once you get there, it’s all easy and very friendly. Only downside is the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning so it got hot on warm days.

Less than 10 mins to the market square. The beds were comfy. The place was clean. Location was fine, small shops close by for convenience items. Close to river and main airport bus stops.

This is false advertising. They are renting hundreds of apartments from a central address. The place that you book is probably not at the address that the map suggests that it is and they have a very poor exuse as to why. They are hiding the bad reviews under the good reviews that are recieved for the few apartments that are actually where the map suggests. They should be made to make individual adverts and not hide under the guise of their reception desk.
To add, the apartment that I had smelt of damp. The bathroom had no extractor fan or windown.
Avoid and book somewhere more honest where you know exactly what you are booking. Hotels.com should ban this sort of thing.

Absolutely loved staying in this apartment! Perfect location, and was very clean and spacious! Really enjoyed my stay here would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It is very close to the old town square and is in walkable distance to the train station (7 minutes).
The property was very nice and provided us the opportunity to cook our own meals (which we didn't) and both our son and us had our own suite which was perfect - two bathrooms were also included

Accomodation was not at the stated address. Our taxi dropped us at the reception address then we needed to walk across town to find our actual apartment.
The apartment was out of the main old town area (5 min walk). Even though it was a nice standard we had anticipated staying at the advertised location.
There was some water and tea/coffee but a small portion of milk as you find at many similar places would be good.
I appreciate when a place offers customers good communication but I felt a little bombarded with emails and text messages. Maybe they could ease of hounding people when they are away.
Finally the airport shuttle and tourist trips they offer were very expensive compared to alternatives available. We opted to book elsewhere and got a much better deal for both.

Wonderful apartment in a fabulous location. Easy access to the apartment via a code and instructions and picture made it easy to locate. The inside of the apartment was beautiful and very clean, beds were very comfortable and some nice added extras such as bottled water and tea, coffee, sugar and cleaning products. My only feedback would be that we would have liked access to more towels.

Th facility and the room were kept very nice, very clean, and very comfortable. The only thing I feel other visitors should know is that the address will vary depending on which area of the Fragola Apartments you stay in. The address I was provided was not accurate for the area of my apartment which caused confusion upon arrival and for my tour pickup point. My airport pickup driver, booked through the Fragola Apartments was amazing, very helpful, and I owe him my gratitude for helping me find the location and get in safely. The street of my apartment was closed off for a lot of construction. However, when I attempted to schedule airport drop off with Fragola, I did not get a response from them and ended up having to order an uber.

The apartments are not on the square as advertised on the map and by Hotels.com that is reception, the apartments are out of the square but only an 8min walk. The communication with the staff was excellent and they booked us a taxi to and from the airport which was very reasonable. There were 2 bedrooms and we asked for 2 singles in one room as it's 2 doubles, for the children and they did this for us, from our experience most hotels forget but we were really grateful they had remembered. The apartment was beautiful, I would love my house to look like that. It was very clean and there was water in the fridge, tea, coffee etc. too. My son said about the place that I'd excelled myself this time! If I go to Krakow again I would definitely stay there.

Apartment is on the third floor accessed by stairs only... No lift. That was ok for me but my Mum struggled a bit.
Communication from the apartment owners was brilliant and they very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable stay in this charming old building apartment. It was just outside of the hustle and bustle of the main district, but easily walkable for all of our sightseeing purposes. The ramen restaurant down the street, Kinki Noodles was a very delicious option.

The apartment is exactly as described. The bath and sauna were very much appreciated after a long day walking. Bed was a little firm for our liking but the apartment was very clean and the location between the Old Town and Jewish Quarter was perfect.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were large. A big plus was the washer in the unit. The kitchen was well appointed. The location was fantastic as it’s close to everything!! The staff was fantastic, everyone from the airport shuttle driver, security at the front door of apartment to the office staff. They were friendly, caring, professional and quickly responded to emails.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and the apartment was exactly like the pics online (a rarity these days!).
Really comfortable, well equipped, lovely shower with plenty of pressure. Whilst the apartment was easily walking distance to the old town it was still quiet enough to feel rested.
Will definitely stay here again when we return to krakow.

We stayed at the Szpitalna 20 Street apartment. It was clean and updated with nice furnishings. The location was excellent! Communication was good for the most part. The only complaint I have is that both their central air conditioning and their portable one did not sufficiently cool the small room. In fact the portable one had a hose that I assume should be run outside since it blew very hot air out!! The unit blew cool air but did nothing to cool the hot air coming from the hose. Needless to say, our tiny room was very hot! It was 80 degrees outside. Aside from this issue, we loved the apartment!

Great stay at the apartment which was just a 5-10min walk to the main square. The apartment itself was well appointed although no utensils (knife, fork etc)so take some with you if you intend having breakfast etc whilst there. Otherwise a really good choice to stay rather than the normal hotel offering.
