Nice place to stay

Everything is great. Rooms are spacious, staff is very friendly. The only thing they can improve is have a slightly bigger size of blankets / comforters. Overall very satisfied with our stay in the property.

This place is amazing has the most wonderful view.

We are family of 9, got 2 rooms with 2 bedrooms each. Spacious, clean, quiet and the full kitchen was very convenient. The view on the terrace was amazing. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was available for us. One thing, no available guest service after 9 so be mindful not to misplace your key cards. It happened to us, luckily we had another room to spend the night. But otherwise everything was great and we would come back again.

Excellent location, very friendly staff. Opened the seminar room for afternoon prayers even after check out time Breakfast had very limited options, perhaps could have been better. Enjoyed the stay.

Stayed for a few days. Amazing views and close to the station and the bus stop.

It was okay, the place didnt feel clean, lots of spider webs everywhere.

Outdated property. no Air Conditioning. no room service or daily housekeeping.

The only problem there is no air conditioner

The rooms were very spacious. The people were very accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again.

Clean, spacious, good location, pleasant staff, dining options were good. Main problem with out stay was we did not know it had no air conditioning and 95 degrees outside. Tried to open doors and sleep as staff suggested but it was loud and being a busy street it continued till midnight. Apparently we could have reserved a fan but none available when we asked. For the price of room, I would have hoped they would had a fan for every room. I tried to buy one myself but shops were closed. I will consider coming back here but not during summer.

Some staff was not accommodating when we wanted late checkout 1pm since our train sked was 2pm

Amazing staff, great property. Close to station. Staff provided everything we asked! It was a lady infront who was wearing glasses and younger she was absolutely sooooo kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious with a full kitchen. Lovely stay, lovely property.

Great views and hospitality

Parking prearranged excellent. Staff very helpful with varied questions. Room nice and clean. Only negative was there was only 1 fan in a 2 bedroom 2 bath superior apartment for 5 adults. Which means only 1 room had a fan. It was very hot and leaving the windows open was the only option and it was still warm and then loud.

Property is at a good location in Interlaken. Both train stations are walkable and so are all restaurants around. Breakfast with the room was good and staff polite, helpful and courteous.

PROS: This property is in the middle of Interlaken and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Also walkable to the train stations. Paragliders landing zone is across the street from this property. CONS: The only thing I don’t like about this property is that there is no air conditioner. Not sure if this is the case for all hotels in the area.

Not worth it. Location is good and most of the staff were friendly - but that is it. * Be warned there is no A/C... very hot already in June. * They give you one fan. We requested a second fan because we have a baby sleeping separately and they said they had no more. After our request we literally saw them give someone else a fan while we were going to breakfast in the AM so we asked again and at that point they were able to locate one for us magically. *shrug* * We had requested a baby crib far in advance when booking & they confirmed they would have it in room on arrival but when we arrived they said they had no more. They did get one for us after a lot of back and forth - but it was an unnecessary hassle and stress after traveling. A hotel of this size should have plenty of baby cribs and fans for the cost being charged. Very frustrating. *The floors of the unit were filthy, so be prepared that the "cleaning" does not include floors. Our infant and toddler's feet were blackened from walking around in the apartment. * It is somewhat ambiguous when booking as to whether you will have a view of the mountains or not - we had a view of a tree on the side of the building. * Despite advertising an outdoor breakfast patio it was closed our entire stay - the first morning they said it was being cleaned (it wasn't) and the second morning they didn't bother giving an excuse. Flies all over the breakfast buffet food. Overall we were very disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent location , breakfast is same all the days , there need to be variety .

The people were wonderful here. You can buy tickets for the Jungfrau right here saving all kinds of guessing.

The location is outstanding. The view from the Jungfrau wing was to die for! The apartment was very comfortable and had every conceivable thing for an excellent stay. The staff at the Aramuhle restaurant was warm, friendly, prompt and efficient.

We just had a most wonderful stay at the Hapimag Hotel and can't say enough good things about the staff and accommodations. We loved Samantha the guest service agent who convinced my wife to go paragliding! Our room was very spacious and immaculate with a fully stocked kitchen. The twin beds were extremely comfortable as we finally got some rest after traveling to other parts of Switzerland. It's nice to have spacious closets too. The morning breakfast was very enjoyable and the staff made everyone feel welcome. The Hapimag will be our number one destination on future visits to the Bernese Oberland. Highly recommended!
