Very average place at an average price... Clean and safe, but dated decor and facilities. WiFi only available in limited areas. Breakfast like an episode of Fawlty Towers... On day one It took three staff to decide where I should sit, then there was already a pot of (very weak) tea on the table. I asked for coffee instead and was told "every table gets a pot of tea!" Day two, more tepid tea and no coffee... seemingly invisible as staff scurried past without taking my order then 3 asked within 5 minutes! PS still waiting for day one's coffee...

Silversands hotel was very clean and, i was made very welcome. Free parking, which is a blessing! (I usually avoid hotels that charge) comfy clean room, good breakfast . Nice polite staff. Good all round experience. Well impressed!

Went with my hubby for a weekend break. The hotel was nice and clean comfortable beds nice room. Cant comment on the evening meal as we only had breakfast which was very nice plenty of choice and adequate. Entertainment was good and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay thete again.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Very friendly staff, evening entertainment was brilliant, bingo at 8 then cabaret singer 9-11. My kids Loved it here. A view of the sea from our room and a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to sands castle water park which was fantastic. Would definitely recommend

Lovely hotel, clean and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Apologies to other residents staying for the screaming from our granson who wasn't feeling well, hence why we left early Sunday morning without breakfast. X

It was very small rooms with dirt & hairs in the bed couldnt move in the shower had to come out the bathroom to wipe after use of toilet not very good for big people or people with disabilities wouldnt recommend staying at sliverlands hotel again.had to book a other hotel as wasnt nice clean or friendly would like a refund as didnt stay for the 2 night's i booked it. was that bad even hear the next door snooring the beds was clapsing over all bad place to stay wouldn't recommend

un helpful staff other than shirley behind bar. wont stay again. meet some nice people staying there.

The hotel is very clean and our twinbedded room had ample space. The food was enjoyable except for the soup which on both nights was just coloured water! This was a let down. The breakfast was really good with a choice of one or two eggs. The young waitresses were very friendly and competent. All in all a good stay

Whilst some may consider the hotel to be dated, which it is, it's spotlessly clean and in very good order throughout. Furthermore, the owner and in fact all the staff are exceptionally friendly, especially Colin on reception/bar. We only stayed for two nights, one of which we played bingo (a new experience for the pair of us) and watched the cabaret act Phil DeVere. We wasn't expecting much but Phil played very well to the audience and kept us all entertained with a variety of comedy and song, and the bingo was thoroughly good fun..! What's more this doesn't seem the type of place to host stag/hen parties, so the clientele were generally all either families or retired. It is like stepping back in time to be honest but in a very pleasant way. We thoroughly enjoyed it ..!

The hotel is situated in a quiet part of Blackpool . Adequate parking . Check in was straight forward . The room was a double with a partial sea view . The sea view was as stated . The bed was a massive let down . I am only 5 foot 8 inches yes my feet hung over the bed .We were on the 3rd floor . We had little or no sleep because of this . In fact we did not stay for the 2nd night . The breakfast is poor . The bacon was the size of a wafer biscuit ( 1 rasher ) . The hash brown was not cooked on both sides , the fried bread was burnt and the toast was freezing cold . Change the beds and take more care with better ingredients then this hotel would be adequate for the price per night

The fella couldn’t do enough for us, clean enough, WiFi not bad, has parking. Right near the big one. Breakfast decent.
