Room was not ready when I showed up, had to wait almost 2 hours for my room. The room I paid for was a non ADA room and they put me in an ADA room. The bath room stunk like mold and the shower flooded the bathroom every time it was used. The mane living room had big windows that leaked when it rained, it rained for 2 days and it fill the living room with water.

Great hotel! Comfortable rooms. Close to everything. Rooftop bar is a little small and prepared to carry your ID everywhere in the hotel. Our friend was over 50 and they refused to serve him since he didn’t have his ID on him at the pool.

First and last time I'll stay at this hotel. It's nice but there are so many other places that do all the little things much better. Last night, the radio was left on at the pool. Even though it was closed, music blared from the speakers the entire night. When I asked if they could turn it down, their solution was to give me earplugs (even though the pool wasn't open lol). They initially told me that they were too busy dealing with other guests to assist me so I walked down to the lobby to see all the employees chatting behind the front desk. I'm not kidding. There was a significant language barrier with the housekeeper. I didn't need much from her but that was surprising. I travel a lot and encounter many hotel employees whose first language is not English and I can still communicate with them just fine. You would think they'd pair up employees with someone who can communicate with guests. I had a package delivered and they charged me a handling fee to retrieve it. A bottle of water was $7...I could go on but the main take away here is that you can do far better than this hotel considering the price point.

They should really have more than 20 umbrellas for lend with a deposit on ur room for 35$ borrowed one last night returned it last night and asked this am and the attendant at desk said no more available. But when we went to leave our luggage the valet had one for us and no deposit we returned it afterwards with no problem. Very helpful unlike the attendant at front desk. Not very helpful or informative of things in hotel.

Nice pool area, pretty hotel bars, and comfortable beds. Gym was not so great.

was told we’d likely be able to check in early and they could put us on the same floor. Neither of those things happened. Was told if we wanted to be on the same floor we’d have to wait till after 4 possibly 5 to check in. We ended up taking 2 rooms, one on the 9th floor and one on the 16. We paid to have a room on higher levels which would be above 18 I was Told…. That didn’t happen. The man in charge of hospitality and food saw our frustration in sitting around all day and being continuously locked out of the pool because the front desk wouldn’t give us a key to use the pool while we waited for check in and he gave us breakfast the next day which was extremely nice. He was helpful and kind. The front desk staff didn’t care about us at all….. and we didn’t get what we paid for. Last, we brought back food for dinner and sat in the lobby to eat it, since our rooms were not even on the same floor and we were asked to leave because the bar was open so we couldn’t sit in the lobby to eat. They told us to go eat in the other hotels lobby because their bar was closed for the day. Never got room service and was not told we needed to request it so I’m not sure what happened there. Overall …. Great location, clean rooms, but definitely did not feel welcomed.

Just some girls wanting to get away from our small town for a night and have a good time. From the valet service to our beautiful room and the helpful people at the desk and throughout the hotel everyone was so nice and so helpful. Close to any and everything you would want to do we will definitely stay again.

The hotel is very clean and modern. Valet parking was easy and with cordial, helpful staff.
