Great staff. The dinner menu with Indian dishes and amazingly delicious combos was outstanding.

The property is located in a quiet area. The pool, check in and restaurant are located very close to the Clarion Pointe hotel.

Check-in staff friendly and fast Price was more than discussed or the taxes were excessive withthe added pet fee. Old old old rooms with street people as permanent residents. Definitely not good for families or elderly for safety.

Just needs to explain that pool is not part of the hotel. It’s with the hotel next door.

We liked the separate bedroom but the entire 'suite' needed cleaning. Garbage left under the sink, used coffee pod left in maker, dish soap but no cloths, TV doesn't work properly (had to keep resetting the input) Housekeeping should be held accountable.

The motel was newly renovated, and clean, clean - separated sleeping arrange. and comfortable. Good value. Friendly people.

The description of the property I rented is grossly misleading. The pictures shown are of the Clarion hotel, not of the Medicine Hat Suites. I rented the rooms based on the photos provided, and found the actual rooms quite below the standard of the advertised photos. Please make sure you include photos of the actual rooms in your site, so people know what they are getting into. The Clarion is rated three star, whereas the Medicine Hat Suites are two star. That should be made clear.

Our suite was very nice - we lived having the kitchen & living area. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. The only concern I had was the door didn’t seem to close securely- it automatically locked, but when we pushed on it after closing it would move in-out, but not open. The Cottenwood Coulee golf course and RV resort was just down the road. All in all a great stay.

The property did not have its own check-in, you had to walk down the lane to the Clarion. The sign on the building was hanging by one screw and it didn’t look in very good repair – broken chairs etc. sitting outside the rooms. We had access to the amenities in the Clarion. Not a great area of town. Free breakfast was good. Would not stay again. Very misleading representation on Expedia. Price was right though.

The shower didn’t work complained to front desk no help in solution nor any thought of reimbursement will not be staying at a clarion facility again will boycott that chain

Three days there was excellent value for my money. Although not the latest and best of facilities, certainly OK. Hot, full breakfast and local newspaper each morning included, as well as access to pool and gym. Breakfast hot item alternated between sausage scrambled eggs and breakfast burrito. Major disappointment was advertising stated fully equipped kitchenette; microwave and mini fridge was provided. Suites is located about 1/2 block from main building so additional walking or driving is required. And starting the tv is a little complicated. Need startup instructions.

Online add said room had a water park for kids in hotel. We had to walk across parking lot to access water park!!

Rooms a good size however the cleaning isn’t being done properly, I’d assume not enough time to clean all rooms, was leftover alcohol in the kitchen cupboard. Asked for an extra blanket was given one folded supposed to be clean, but was definitely dirty maybe stained but if that’s the case time to change our blanket, yellow spots and also maybe dried blood spots on it Either way shouldn’t have been given this as paying guest, if your needing to do this at least cover it with a duvet cover!

I had to show pricing and reward page to prove my reservation. luckily there was a room available they check us in. no wonder nobody gets back to my email questions I sent earlier. hotel is just old school motel with painted cinder block walls inside. inside of bathroom door had dirt splashed spots it was dirty. after I see the dirty bathroom door I felt everything else is not clean . TV / cable didnt work but wifi worked. pool facility is actually belong to "Clarion Pointe hotel" you will need to walk / drive to " Clarion Pointe hotel " to check in /pick up breakfast bag and using pool. This is inconvenient specially during winter month. staff in clarion point was super friendly that was the only good thing. With this pandemic its been long time since I stayed hotel. This trip reminds me if this is what I get for paying $75/night for accommodation. I regret that I choose cheap options. Next time I will spend more money for accmodation.

The motel portion of this property is disconnected from the location of the front desk, breakfast pick up and pool. You have to be prepared to walk (2-3 minutes) or drive (less than a minute) between the two buildings to check in and out, use the pool or pick up breakfast. Our suite was nice enough. The kitchen had an odd and mixed matched assortment of dishes, but they were sufficient to meet our needs. Definitely not fancy, but it was a good value and met our needs.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the room was seriously disappointing. It had a lingering "off" smell, the coffee maker in the room didn't work, the kitchen area though nice was not properly stocked.for more than 1 person. Worst of all was the bedding was clearly not changed between my husband and I and the person who stayed there last. Eyelashes stuck in the pillowcases, dirt and hair in the sheets. This was upsetting, especially during a pandemic where hotels must be diligent in cleanliness to decrease virus spread. I would not recommend this hotel.

Not clean, extremely dirty, very loud at night due to multiple rooms being rented for parties. Not a place to stay if you actually want to sleep at night. We had two rooms booked for almost a month for work, and we checked out after the first week.

Huge room with kitchenette.Separate bedroom, which was comfortable but plain and the bed was small.It was a long walk to the main complex for check-in and breakfast.

Liked: Breakfast was included. A heater. Disliked: Hair in the tub. Dirty toilet. Dirt swept into the corner of the room behind the door. Pre-autorized credit card with an extra $50 in case I damaged the place. Front desk person was difficult to understand and not friendly or welcoming.

When we checked in, the first serviced room they gave us had pillows and sheets on the bed that were obviously slept in and the bathroom toilet was filthy! The second serviced room had questionable sheets so they promptly changed them before we agreed to stay. The rooms are quite large and the in room facilities [ TV, fridge, kitchen etc] are relatively new and in good shape. It would help if they had a signed telling guests to go to the travelodge to check-in as we initially wandered around for about 45 minutes trying to figure out where the office was....on Sunday we had no hot water for our showers [ luke warm] and I would say the motel was barely half full. There is no ice machine available on the site and you have to go to the travelodge to get ice.

Room smelled of old smoke. Beds were dirty. We couldnt stay there.

Other than getting service from the Travelodge, the room was quiet and unreasonably comfortable.

The room was very large. Best deal in the city. The pool is an excellent place for kids.

Great value for the dollar. Nothing fancy but clean and has everything you need.

Suite was fully renovated, spacious, and included a fridge, built in hot plate, microwave, and some cookware ! Close to restaurants and bars, but off the highway. Continental breakfast at the Travelodge (1/2 block away) was excellent and included ! For the price I payed, this place was my deal of the year !
