Hallway renovated so nice. The room clean, but outdated.

I love the handicap conveniences that the hotel offered. Very relaxing lodge.

Currently undergoing updates. We appreciated the clean minimalist look of the room, with a big fridge and plenty of coffee for the hi tech dripolator. Alarm clock/wireless charger wasn't working. Restaurant in the lodge was only accessible from outside. Food was tasty but pricy. A pleasant experience.

Jordan Hotel offered superior service. Staff were welcoming and accommodating from the first to last. Thank you for your excellent service! Pool and Hot tub were delightful. Sliders restaurant provided delicious and abundant food in pleasing setting.

$30 per person for a mediocre breakfast. Mountain not operating lifts. Not much else to do. Construction going on.

Not made of aware of extreme construction. Fire alarms tested daily.

Having both room next to each other was excellent.

Very accommodating with early check in

It was a great stay but wish the snow had been better this season. Hotel staff was very helpful and curteous as well. Warm cookies and hot chocolate greeted us at the check in. Hot tub and pool felt great after a day of skiing. The Sauna was nice as well to relax muscles.

Unfortunately the hotel is under construction so you can only use one of the elevator, it is inconvenient, even with that I will stay here again. It is one of the best hotel for ski in and ski out! Slider has great food and drinks after a long day from skiing

The Jordan hotel is definitely the ugly stepchild of Sunday Rivers Hotel collection. There’s three or four luggage cards for the entire place so you basically have to carry all your luggage down when you’re checking out. The front desk lady Emma is mean. The stairs only go to the first floor and not the second floor so if you’re on the second floor, you forced to take the elevator which is really slow. if you get a room towards the end, it’s around a seven minute walk from the front desk. Favor and stay at the grand Summit. You will definitely regret it if you stay here.

It has great ski in ski out location. The room was clean an comfy( I just wish it had microwave) The bed was perfect.

The property is a construction site. Had a known a head of time I would not have booked. Check in is a disaster. The construction crew takes up nearly the entire arrival area. There is limited parking and it appears the hotel allows people to park during the stay in this little area. Arrivals were illegally taking up handicap spots to check in and unload. I moved to the designated parking lot and had to walk to the hotel carrying our stuff. It is a mess. There is no need of this. Last night my family and I were at dinner and at 5:33 I received a text from the property saying the pool and hot tub was closed for the evening. We booked the property for this amenity. We were offered reciprocal privileges at the Grand Summit but I would have booked there if I wanted to stay there. I am beyond disappointed. I will not stay here again. Sunday River lodging is expensive and lacking across the board. I will be day tripping and not wasting money for Red Roof Inn accommodations.

The restaurant Sliders in the hotel has fantastic dinner! Right outside there is a beer trailer, gluten free trailer with many options for food (even if you aren't gluten free it is wonderful food), a waffles trailer. It is a quieter side of the mountain with direct access to the newer lift. The heated outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs were an added bonus. A lower key side of Sunday River. Which was fantastic!

It was a construction site! Friendly but inexperienced restaurant staff. Noisy heating system. Ridiculously large portions at dinner. Great deal of waste

Breakfast very expensive.

Lobby is in renovation , we knew after reservation . But staff were gentle & accommodate for this deception . But we like to do the first track at the opening of Jordan peak . With new fast Jordan 8 lift . Breakfast was good .

It was under construction so you couldn't go to the lobby and a lot of places were locked off they should have really given us a discount

Stunning views! The staff was very friendly and helpful with plenty of suggestions for things to do and places tp go for dinner.

This place was awesome! Nice and clean room with cute little balcony with a view of the mountains. Beautiful clean hot tub and heated pool. My boyfriend and I cannot wait to come back!

Over priced for average property and also food is. Issue.

Boil water notice was in effect during our stay, which was not communicated to us until we arrived. This adversely impacted our experience for obvious reasons, and I am furious that the Jordan Hotel hid this information until after I made my non-refundable booking. This was our second and last stay at the Jordan hotel. Separately, the water in the shower was lukewarm throughout our stay.

Beautiful views. The decks could use some work. Otherwise very happy with our stay.

It was very quiet area but we did go in the off season. Workers were very nice. Only downside is not many food options and the pool was closed the second day of our stay and we weren’t notified until check in.
