Our experience at Dusit was above and beyond. All the staff catered to all our needs and always greeted us with a smile. My son LOVED this kids pool, play area and beach. We, the parents, enjoyed the spa and gym. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a ton of variety! Overall a great experience!

Absolutely amazing place to stay whether with family or solo like myself .
Staff were so kind and professional and went above and beyond . The rooms are well kept and modern and very clean . The resort itself isn’t too far away from attractions . You can higher a driver to take you for under 40$ USD or Canadian . The food in the morning which is included is full of options and freshly made . If you choose to eat at the resort the restaurant has a huge menu . My stomach is usually sensitive when I travel, I never once got sick with the resort breakfast or dinners. The spa at the resort is a must and very reasonably priced. The tours that they offer are great value and worth it . I am usually a solo traveller that prefers air bnbs but I am very happy I stayed here . It has a homey touch but also is luxurious… it doesn’t feel like a compound though like resorts in Mexico . I still felt like I experienced the reality of the island and the culture .

That’s a wonderful experience was living in Dusit Princess. The view of swimming pool is very nice and staff are friendly and helpful.

Really nice hotel near the airport. The hotel arranged a free transfer from the airport. The room we had was really clean and big.

We had a five night stay and couldn’t be happier with our choice of hotel. Pool was amazing, breakfast selection was great and staff were lovely. Sunset overlooking the infinity pool and beach was beautiful. Highly recommended.

Stay here for a 3 day weekend. It was very relaxing, as the hotel made every accommodation for us to be comfortable . Check out time was 12pm but our flight did not leave until 6pm. We were allowed to use the facilities (pool, showers, towels, etc.) until we left at 4pm.

Great suite, beautiful location for the honeymoon, great location, delicious breakfast, the beach was great (there are enough loungers available at any time), we can highly recommend the hotel and would book here again.

The service of the staff is great. They are so helpful and friendly. They helped us with everything during our stay, from recommendations to booking tours.

The breakfast was nice, the pool was great and the room very comfortable.
The restaurant had good club sandwiches and salads and they gave us coupons for discounts.
There are a free buses that run up and down the island but we couldn’t get much info on them - a posted map & schedule would be a good idea.
A seat in the shower too.

This is a lovely, small resort. Has all the amenities, but on a smaller scale. Very personal. I love that the staff remembers my room #.

Really enjoyed our stay at Dusit Princess. Nice hotel with very good standards from we arrived until we left. Good location on the beach, nice pool area and with many options for restaurants next by.

unpleasant smell from the mattress in the room, very poor cleaning of the room every day, the public beach nearby is in the way. The breakfast is simple but tasty, dirty dishes take a long time to be cleared away. in the evening the dinner is delicious but the waiters work poorly. the pool is nice and warm. Water was always brought upon request. The smell of the mattress is terrible, this is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel!!!!!

The room was very nice, slightly old, but still clean and bright. The bathroom faces the ocean which was so breath taking! All facilities are easily accessible and staff are lovely!

Warm fresh breakfast with variety choices. Friendly staff and customer service. They worked very hard to meet customers needs. My room was nice and clean. You could pick up free Vinbus transportation nearby to Grand World and Safari. The only thing I don’t like, was my bed. I couldn’t sleep because the bed sinked in the center and hurts my back. I hope my review helps the hotel to improve. Thanks

Hotel needs to provided more information for tourist about local activities , restaurant information , special events liked water show , fireworks, sunset places , recommend the concierge desk for tourists information. Overall beautiful wiewfor beach,swimming pool, good breakfast meals.

The pool is great and you can step straight onto a great beach with clam sea. The 2 restaurants had a lot of options to choose from. Loved the Thai restaurant. Breakfast was good and a nice peaceful location in the early morning before the crowds. Great pool bar.
I also had the best massge I've had in a long time here. Its not cheap but it was worth it with very nice facilities.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in different levels.
The interior design is breathtaking, the staff is super nice and helpful, the pool is incredibly beautiful and the beach is large and clean enough to get a feeling of sun, sand and the sea.
