Watch those apps! I booked a room that was supposed to have a separate bedroom with a door to the living room (a suite). I don’t know when or how, but it was switched to a studio (all one room). When we checked in I didn’t realize studio was different, then we got up to our room and I was going to complain, but checked the website and my app and discovered it was switched on there, so no sense in getting angry with a staff whom I’m sure had nothing to do with it. Overall, the stay was nice, a bit pricey, but nice. The breakfast buffet is not well planned out, nor well tended to. They were out of a lot of things every morning and running around looking busy, but nothing got restocked. The beds are VERY firm, hopeful that is your preference. Temp control is great - room was clean - staff was friendly overall. Recycling bins are present, hopefully people are utilizing them. Would stay again, but would hope to catch it on a deal.

We chose here for a trip to see the total eclipse. Even with a PACKED house, the staff was friendly and helpful with wonderful service. The room is decently sized and looks exactly as the pictures show it to be. The included breakfast is much better than what we often find at other hotel chains and was very enjoyable. Our room was clean and nicely appointed. My only complaint was that the mattress was a bit too firm for my aging joints. I realize, though, that there is no way to create the perfect bed for everyone.

Beds werent comfortable, fought with the blankets all night. The floor werent insulated enough. Sounded like a baby elephant had a birthday party above us. Very clean, good staff, nice breakfast

Breakfast was nice for a free continental. Had several hot choices. Pool was very cold ; only used for a few minutes because way too cold. Beds were quite uncomfortable. Sliding barn door for bathroom; not great for privacy. Room was quite spacious.

We lost power multiple times throughout the night. Sounded like sparks popping then would turn on and off. Finally the power went out and stayed out for quite a while. The place was clean, the staff kind, and the pool was fun for the kids.

Other than the loud guests above us, we cannot complain.

Everything was wonderful. We always try to stay at this location when visiting our kids in college. Always been a great place. Been coming for 5 years now

Our stay was great! I’m Not sure of the ladies name but she was so kind. We got in around 10:30 p.m. from travel softball games and I mentioned we had to be back to play at 6 A.M. she said she would have a goodie bag for us and to let the front desk know. We had to bags filled full of breakfast foods! So gracious!

Staff was very friendly. Hotel and the room was really clean and spacious.

The hotel was adequate but I wouldn’t choose to stay again. Nothing about it brings me back. The bed was not comfortable. There were 3 pillows for two people that weren’t very comfortable. The bed coverings weren’t large enough for two people to stay covered during the night. And there were no extra blankets, pillows, etc in the room for our use. We had 2 towels for the 2 of us for 2 days. Just very stingy with their linens.

We only stayed one night . The room was amazing! Very spacious. Handicapped friendly. Clean, comfortable beds. Price was reasonable. We would strongly consider staying jere again, just because we have our 2 teens with us, & the space was wonderful .

It was a delightful stay and i would absoluety stay again. Very quiet and peaceful night. Didnt have as much when it came to breakfast options but overall satisfactory

I stayed 3 nights, Friday-Monday for work. On Saturday night the restaurant next door had an after hours party in the parking lot until 4 in the morning. I called the desk and asked for earplugs and they did not have them. It made for a very long day at work that morning. I would think a large hotel chain would have some influence on the surrounding businesses to prevent this activity. Since I am contracted for weekends, I am staying somewhere else.

We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was clean and spacious. We had a problem with water under the sink when we first arrived and they gave us another room right away. The breakfast was great. We will stay here again!

Outside of giving us the wrong room on the first night, it was a good stay. Staff was friendly and the hotel was really clean. Its convenient to a lot of stores and eatery. Ill stay here again. The rooms were clean, updated and it smelled really nice throughout the hotel.

Great place

The hotel was clean. When I booked the hotel "Excellent", while it was nice, the heater on the pool was broken, so the kids couldn't stay in the pool very long. Just checked an it's now rated "Very Good" and that's probably a more accurate rating.

Staff was excellent, room clean but the floors were very noisy whenever someone walked on them. The person above us was tromping around until late at night so we had difficulty sleeping. We could hear others walking around on the floors in their rooms.

Weve stayed here many times a s absolutely loved it. However our room is extremely dirty. And stinks.
