The views are amazing! Huge common room with coffee/tea set up, pool table, board game closet, dvd movies, etc. It is a bit off the beaten path down two track dirt road.

We enjoyed our stay at the Elk Country Inn. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. They had a pool which was nice. It was also very convenient to walking into town.

The preperty was unique. The buildings were very nice. Everything was decorated for Christmas. The breakfast was amazing and the hosts could not have been kinder!

Great location, clean room and nice owners. You can hear other guests talking as there is a gap under the door to the hallway. Very antique style and creaky bed/chairs. You are also asked to tip based on total price for stay so it raises the cost a bit.

This is a very nice B&B just outside of Missoula . Beautiful room, comfortable bed, excellent customer service and a lovely, homemade breakfast . We will definitely stay here again.

The hosts were so nice! Check in was a breeze! Breakfast had German pancakes, fresh pineapple, sausage, egg roll ups, coffee, and orange juice! It was amazing! Definitely will come back!

Loved the remoteness of this property. The hots and breakfast was wonderful. The furniture in the rooms could be updated a little to include a small desk. However, would recommend.

The road going in is a very narrow dirt road (hopefully you do not encounter anyone coming the other direction). The property is situated up on the mountain with pretty views, but the road noise from the freeway below is quite loud. There are animals that live at the property (dog and cats) which I love, but some people might not appreciate pets in the kitchen/dining area when they are eating. I wouldn't right home about the breakfast it was scramble eggs, bacon that could have been cooked longer, buckwheat pancakes that none of us much liked, and strawberries. The decor could use updating, it is a bit of mish mash of different styles (asian, cabin, indian mixed together). The bed was comfortable.

The road off the main highway was a dirt road that was one lane and switchbacks. Very scary, plus rough on our vehicle. The overall anesthetic was mismatched, outdated and not maintained (light out in hall, screen in great room is not hooked up, wall hangings not consistent or pleasant, the window coverings are all janky and dirty, i can say more).
They have pets that are allowed in the house and around food preparation as well as during eating. The breakfast was not enjoyable. Was not worth the $200 night stay.

It was very important to me to pick the very perfect place for my daughter to get to have an evening with family to celebrate her upcoming birthday! This B&B was the exact perfect place!

Very nice quaint room with a view. Great breakfast. One of the employees white dog barked at all the guests and sometimes barked outside our room at 7am. We were a little disappointed that nobody let us know what or where the extra features were, such as the Pool table, the library. Would’ve been nice if there was verbal guidance or a map in the room to tell us what parts of the property was accessible or private. Otherwise our stay was great, room was clean, super comfy bed, amazing breakfast chef cooked right in front of us. The owners dog Olaf is amazing, adorable and well behaved. It was our anniversary. We would stay again.

Lively folks! Not only one, but two of the hosts corresponded with me to make sure that I arrived safely and that they would be there to greet and show me around. The location was beautiful even in this winter weather, Im thinking I need to swing by in the summer and see the full beauty of the place. Breakfast was wonderful and was plated professionally. 10/10 recommended
