This is not a hotel, no reception, t.v. broked , shower broked ....nothing, the neighborhood full of garbage, very dangerous. Don't send anybody there.

Great location, great management that speaks English

There is a patio in the middle, it rained heavily that night and it was very noisy. One more thing, the room is smaller then my expectation.

Fabulous property, located very close to Malecon, right in the old Havana. The living in maid was a sweetheart, very helpful, attentive and accommodating.

An ok hotel located close to the center or in the center, depending on what the center is. A street with a lot of rubbish, but there is a lot of that in the whole of Havana. The hotel has an ok standard, good air conditioning which is needed. Rooms without windows are not my favorite. Wifi for a few hours every day which was ok. What made the stay so good was without a doubt the 2 employees. Full of joy and smiles, and always ready to help, it was the best part of my stay.

I loved the place and the staff

everything about this hotel was really awesome!:) it's really quiet although it's in the center of Havana. it was really clean and comfortable. breakfests were delicious!:) and the location is pretty cool - the coast is only 2 minutes of walking. we've really enjoyed this stay there, i truly recommend it!

Very good accommodation in the middle of the centre. The guy who helps us was very friendly. Breakfast perfect.

The host of the accommodation was great. The sweetest lady. Clean hotel, airconditioning, good nice functioning shower and nice bed. I did not know that my contact person (Aimara) was not the host, because she lives in Italy. But great service!

Me and a friend arrived very late and still were greeted by the most kind and helpful woman, who still checked us in at like 2 in the morning even though it seemed like we didn't have a reservation. The personal is so very friendly and will help with anything you ask for. Our now friend Reiner did not hesitate to help us out with everything we could think of , one of the kindest, most polite and helpful people I have meet in my years of traveling. Even when we were checked out , we could still reach out to him and he and the management would try everything so help us out. Truly a great place to stay with the best personal !

A refuge in the busy city of Havana. A lovely home, beautifully decorated. The lady and gentleman of the house were lovely. At walking distance from the center, in a less touristic neighbourhood, right in the middle of the ‘real Havana’. While the neighbourhood itself is perfectly safe, it can be quite intense if you are looking for a more quiet area.

The property was clean and historical. I had my own bathroom, refrigerator, and access to the kitchen and living area. Most important the environment was safe. Staying at this hotel you're walking distance from all government buildings. This place represents "Support for the people". More Wi-Fi access would've been nice . The hostesses are friendly and very helpful. Thank you, Matty and Damany for a wonderful time 😊❤️

I loved staying here and it is now my go-to when visiting central or old Habana. The owner is extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating throughout your stay. It is a hidden gem in it's location of the city. You're only a 5 minute walk to Malecon or 10 minutes to Central Park.

Great place to stay - very clean and quiet, and Aimara is more than happy to help with any asks (e.g., organising a day trip, exchanging money, etc.). The location is a 5-10 mins walk from Habana Vieja. I would happily stay here again and would recommend staying here to discover a neighbourhood other than the old town.

Very personalized service. This was the most strategic place with best personalized customer service I have ever stayed at. They were able to help with every question and any challenge I came across. I was very happy I selected them for my stay at Havana.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was lovely. The place is very quiet and bed is very good. Street cleanliness and lots of rubbish outside in the corner were disapponting for the area around.

The host was really nice. I had the room that included a bathroom and that was really nice. I chose to have breakfast every day there and enjoyed a simple but complete continental breakfast, ohh the hot coffee was so good!

Aimara’s place was lovely. She is just as sparkly as her furniture. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are nicely furnished with a lovely bathroom. We had breakfast which was delicious, fresh fruit,guava juice omelette and toast. It’s a treat to get such fresh fruit in Cuba. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the centre and in a safe neighhood. Why stay in a big hotel when you can be welcomed into someone’s beautiful home. Thank you for your kindness Aimara, Gerry loved you making coffee for him in the mornings

While the location is a bit west of Old Havana, it's actually centrally located to many other things to see, do and great places to eat in the city. The host brilliantly had breakfast prepared in the morning, was receptive to requests and was just extremely pleasant.

We had a lovely stay at Aimara Boutique Hotel. Usmano and his partner were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the room was spotlessly clean.
