All in all we were very satisfied.

Simply one very nice location and all is simply a pleasure. Suggested is a bit more comfortable sofa bed as not for adults.

Nice and well located hotel for a city break

I love me some GuestApart. Great rooms, great bed for me and awesome breakfast. Pair that with the use of PIN codes as room keys without need to go to reception for check in and it is close to perfection. Fitness room is decent as well. Rooms facing away from the tram line are slightly quieter if that’s important but I haven’t had any trouble sleeping through the light rumble from the trams passing by.

15-20 minutes from downtown Aarhus. No restaurants nearby without having a car.

Fantastic experience. Everything was perfect. Very early and clear communication for check-in. The room was big for a family of three. Very tasty breakfast. Although the hotel is located a bit outside the city centre, the public transport made it easy to go into town. The next station is just 200 meter away. Would always return.

The hotel is reliably good (I've been twice now) and for most, it will be excellent. To nitpick, I'll say that if you're a light sleeper, you do not want to be in a room overlooking the train rails (also overlooking the hospital). It's really quite loud at night. It is also disappointing that there is no microwave in the rooms. Being able to quickly heat something up is nice. Without it, you're stuck cooking everything you might need. At least there should be a microwave on a trolley that they can set up in your kitchen if you would like it. Had that amenity at a Hilton in Athens, Greece and it was a great solution. Lastly, a big plus is that the hotel is dog-friendly! The entrance to the reception area, however, has a metal grate that is definitely not paw friendly. Not an issue for my little dog since I can carry her over, but big dogs will not like it. I was a little surprised that there's nothing in the room for your dog when you have let them know one is coming. I think many dog-friendly hotels provide water and food bowls and maybe a dog blanket. I had my own, so it wasn't an issue, but it would have been a thoughtful touch. The people working there are really nice and helpful and it is a convenient aparthotel with ample free parking available.

I have probably spent 1000 nights in hotels in my life. This is one of the absolute best and most impressive ones, both from a guest experience and from looking at the hotel as a business case. It is just incredibly well designed and run.

beautiful room, stylish yet comfortable. Hairdryer and toiletiries provided were great too. Only suggestion would be tea/coffee in the room but this is minor probably more a common UK thing. Breakfast was delicious and fitness facilities an added bonus too.

Garbage from the previous occupant was not cleaned when we checked in. After notifying the reception for 2 days, the problem was not resolved. Garbage has become stinky. I ended up throwing out the trash myself.

Wonderful staff and accommodations, breakfast was yummy!

Comfortable stay. Could be noisy because of helicopter traffic to a nearby hospital, but it was rare. Walking distance to the tram service. Lot of parking. Reasonably good breakfast buffet - you might struggle with it if you are vegan.

Check in was easy, but had a little confusing with the room ended up playing for a upgrade which wasn’t really a upgrade. Breakfast was really good 10/10 and parking was easy. Room was clean and modern. Only problem was sleeping, bed was way too soft and the constant sound of the train going by at night made the bed feel worse. And the gym that is advertised is no longer there?? But that aside the service was great and the apartment setup is perfect.

Rooms were great, and the hotel overall was very clean. Shame there is no restaurant, but we understood they are a chef short. We would definitely consider coming back next time we're in Aarhus.
