Nice hotel!

Find someplace else to stay. Staff does not stay on top of issues.

I enjoy my stay and I will do it again.

All the employees we dealt with were very gracious and pleasant. Thank you to all.

Hotel was very clean. Front desk staff needs to be more polite and welcoming. Kym was the only pleasant one. Housekeeping was friendly also. Breakfast needs to have more options and self serve. Waiting in line for one person to make everyone’s waffles is time consuming.

In room 525 we saw several roaches of various sizes that live in the orange foot stool. Otherwise the room.size was great and modern and the staff were super nice.

It was as great as always. Clean, comfortable with professional staff.

Staff during breakfast was terrible. Waited 30 mins for bacon served on a plate for 30 people ..10 slices at a time. Not enough coffee juice

Clean rooms

Spacious and clean room / common spaces. Our family of 3 adults and 3 children were happy with our stay. Location convenient to downtown and various other attractions in town. We will book again next visit!

Staff was extremely helpful.

We were in Charleston for the weekend and unfamiliar with the area. The Home2 Suites rooms were very large, with a well equipped kitchen. It seems that most rooms have a sofabed. The property was very clean, and we saw cleaning of public areas happening frequently. The free breakfast is a nice perk and made an easy start to an early morning when we needed to leave for the airport. My stay was quiet and the other guests were low key. There were dogs present which is a nice perk for pet owners- we didn't hear any barking or noise, but I'm sure this can vary. There is a pool and fitness room, although we didn't have time to use them, we would have enjoyed that if we were staying longer. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the location. While a fairly short Uber ride to downtown Charleston and the areas we were in town to visit, it isn't very walkable and there aren't many good restaurants within walking distance. This wasn't a big issue though, and we would consider staying here again.

Everything about our stay was great! The room was SO large and the beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had. We will definitely book here on our next visit to Charleston.

I had 1 room with 2 beds for 6 people and they change my room to just 1 king bed

Very nice hotel, clean, big spacious rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, shower was amazing.

All staff pleasant....Clearly this is from the top down and is a sign of good management. Refrigerator, microwave, large suite. With real plates and utensils! 15 minutes to downtown.. Easy stay..and I appreciated the quiet at night... I love dogs (which the hotel allows), and wish the occasional dog-owner with big loud incessant barks (during day) would keep leave their dogs back home.

I arrive to the Hotel and they didnt have the room i resevre and paid for. Which is the reason i made reservation so i could get the room i wanted. I am very disappointed in the customer service here.
