We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived. Lovely hotel with a luxury feel to it. Great staff, friendly but attentive. Fantastic breakfast, waiter served and individually prepared. Quiet location but within close reach of probably the best beach of Ferragudo, which by chance has a beach bar and restaurant that has fantastic views of the sunset and serves great seafood dishes. We had a wonderful time!!

The staff were fantastic - always friendly and helpful. On the downside it's about a 10 minute drive into Ferragudo but on the plus side lots of interesting places are within 30 minutes drive - e.g. Lagos, Alvor, Silves, Seven Hanging Valleys, etc. Plus, it's only a 5 minute walk to a superb secluded local beach.

An absolutely amazing stay I had here! From the moment we arrived, staff were so friendly and welcoming with a welcome drink and pasta de nata.. Spa was soo relaxing and calm. Room was lovely and cleaned thoroughly daily, breakfast was phenomenal and such fantastic service from all the ladies! Especially the lovely lady called Anna. Would definitely love to come back here, also beautiful local beach 5 minutes walk away, was such a fantastic place to stay!

Stayed here for two nights! Excellent service and the breakfast was top notch. Modern rooms, walk to beach. They own the beach restaurant which was excellent, a bit pricy for Portugal, but given the resort atmosphere well worth it.

We couldn't find a bad word to say about this property. Everything was perfect - the rooms, the location, the cleanliness, the facilities and most of all the fantastic staff who made our stay so welcoming. We would definitely recommend this hotel as an ideal choice for a quiet, relaxed couple's holiday

Really beautiful, quiet, perfectly run small hotel. Staff are fabulous, friendly and couldn’t do anymore for us. A couple of restaurants within walking distance but the hotel menu is great for lunch and dinner. Beach at Caneiros is excellent inc bar, daytime snack and restaurant, great live music and vibe later on occasionally, 5 mins walk. Wholly recommend. Will return

The staff here is so kind and helpful. The dining is fantastic and breakfast abundant. Rooms are large and balconies overlook the pool and ocean. Highly recommend!

Clean, quiet, very friendly staff. Great facilities - pools, gym, spa - excellent breakfast and exceptionally friendly staff. You need to have access to a car though - it's a few KM into the village, although nearest beach and restaurant are walkable.

This is a lovely, quiet retreat, located near a beautiful beach with generous accommodations! The staff is so friendly and helpful; service is top notch. I would definitely recommend this as a wonderful place to stay for any length of time.

And the nearby restaurant (by the same owner as the hotel) was seriously divine. I would fly back to Portugal just to stay at this hotel and eat at that restaurant. Seriously wonderful.

This stay was amazing! The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were big with a big balcony. But the best part was the staff! They were so kind and made our stay feel like top of the world. Best service we have ever encountered. Thank you so much for everything and we will definitely come back if we plan to travel to algarve again! PS. Fantastic upscale property. Rooms are small but nice, including big beds and balconies. Great restaurant and bar, and just a quick stroll down the road to the beach. Only complaint is the staff appeared to lack objectivity in recommending restaurants, insisting theirs is the best and being a little too pushy in steering us away from other places. But overall we had a great stay.

But although the web site says you are allocated beach beds , we couldnt have beds as were all booked up , so it was pool or nothing , which didnt really matter as we only had a 2 night stay, but i would of been upset had i booked for a week or so

Good location, but very quiet. Whilst this was good to be able to relax it did feel a little deserted at times, and overlooked by staff. No music/atmosphere at pool. Cleaners were good in rooms however some things were neglected - the large planters which divided the balconies had been left to die off and had cigarette ends in for the entire stay. Good service at breakfast but no acknowledgement from reception staff when returning to the hotel.

The property was very new so facilities were of an exceptionally high standard. The staff were all friendly and helpful ensuring our stay was good. Our room had two loungers and separate table and chairs which made relaxing in privacy a great experience and quite unique. Breakfast whilst smalk was of excelent quality. We will return soon
