Always a pleasure

Check-in was easy, and the rooms looked renovated. But more work can be done to make the rooms more comfortable and convenient. Would have been nice to have a small desk in the room and more sitting options in the room.

The staff was so nice. The room was very clean and the furniture was nice. Very comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.

Morganhill Inn has clean rooms and friendly staff. My family will be happy to stay there again. Much better than many other higher price hotels. A surprising gem!

All in all I got what I paid for so I’m satisfied. I compared my stay to same level hotels. My expectations were met.

Dirty sheets, dirty pillows, dirty fooor, dirty fridge, tv doesn’t work, no Wi-Fi, room dirty, a lot oh people’s hair on the bed and blanket, no towels. Worst hotel ever.

Filthy and disgusting. Thick dust everywhere. Mirrors massively stained with drops and lipstick. Shower has a broken off faucet handle. Bath towel has blue stains and a big hole. Hair in the tub. Stains on walls and ceiling. Dirt on refigerator door and thick ice inside freezing compartnent. Dirt under the bed blanket. Brown smudge under toilet cover. Brown ring around water in toilet. Towels not white but grayish. Door did not open easily with the card, which had to be used at a certain angle. Ceiling lamp was replaced with a stuffed plastic bag. Cest of drawers was broken. Bed was comfy and glad there was no carpet. Manager was friendly. Smelled okay.

There was blood on the blankets, when I told the man at the front desk he said tried to initially say I was lying. When I explained to him and showed him a picture he told me they only wash the blankets once a month.

Very nice, air-conditioned room, and the owner is very nice! He helped get me into my room a little early, despite the short and unexpected notice.

What I liked: the price, just off of Montery Blvd, close to grocery shopping, my neighbors were not noisy

The owner of the hotel is friendly enough. There was no toilet paper, remote, or towels when we arrived, but he did supply them in a timely manner. The walls are pretty thin and it was an ongoing party up until 10 each day/night. Very dated, but pretty clean. Im pretty sure 90% of the "guests" were residents. Some of the guests were...interesting characters.

Bed sheets were dirty on arrival. Floor was dirty. Bathroom was dirty. People next door partied until 3:30am. Check-in was slow because manager was out doing something… never again.

The room smelt horrible, an only had 1 towel to use between 2 guest.

The overall condition of this hotel was horrible. There was hairs all over the sheets and pillows, it didn't look like they changed the sheets, which had stains on them. The sink didn't work, the shower backed up, the walls in furniture was dirty, the room had a distinct, nauseating smell... Just a bad place, I'm trying to discuss this with the owner/manager, he could hardly speak English and didn't really understand what I was trying to tell him. I would like a refund

I would only stay here if i was homeless and it was free! I walked in, took some photos and left. Was charged $54 dollars for a room i didn't use. Partiality blame myself. Should have known given the price. lol

Eventhough it was a non smoking room it reaked of cigarettes but I always carry a deoderizer because this happens alot. The room was ok.
