This is our second stay within a month and I’ve been very pleased each time! The ya hard finding hotels that are clean and have great customer service and this hotel has both!! The breakfast is pretty good as well. Anytime we visit here, this will be the only hotel I will be staying at.

Very nice hotel. Conveniently located with eating and shopping options. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms was spacious even with 2 adults and 2 kids. Will definitely stay again if in this area again.

The only thing is, they don’t allow 18 year olds to check in, but luckily the manager was very nice about it and let us stay the one night we booked. The place was very clean and modernized.

Breakfast wasn’t very good & coffee was awful. Bed was hard. Super clean, great shower. Not had a bad breakfast or bed at any other Hampton inn & that’s our preferred hotel.

The room is not cleaned during my about one month stay for two times and not properly cleaned. Also I can’t get one hour later checked out after my long stay

This hotel is very well kept, rooms are clean, room service was excellent and the beds are comfortable, breakfast was good but could be better. The only thing I didnt like was that, there was rarely anyone at the front desk, front desk and reception area was always empty, I had to wait 15mins at the front desk. later after 15mins I got tired of waiting and went looking for a receptionist, finally after finding her and told her how long I have been waiting, all I got from her was "oh", almost every receptionists I saw there wasn't friendly and polite, even at my checkout I experienced the same issue as checking in. Management needs to do some .

Easily let me check in early. Awesome to be able to plug-in my electric car although a stupid guest parked their gas car in the electric spot. Nice clean quiet pool. Good breakfast. Nice room.

The place was very clean with lots of amenities. Staff was professional and helpful.
The only thing I wasn’t aware of was that all rooms are pet friendly. There was a dog 2 doors down the hall from us that was constantly barking. It would be nice if they could keep the pets on a different level. Also, it bothered me not knowing if a pet had previously been in the room I was stayed in.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Fun complimentary happy hour some nights and nice, clean rooms. Will stay over and over here!

We really enjoyed the hotel,our room size and the cleaness.However the comfort if our bed was awful. My husband nor I got a good nights sleep, both our backs hurt off and on all night which resulted in alot of tossing and turnning. We come often to Johns Creek for our granddaughters scoliosis visits. Getting a good nights rest is important for our long drive back home.

Clean and modern room and property. Room was spacious and bedding was comfortable (except the pillows). Breakfast was good. Although it was a short, overnight stay, everything from check-in to checkout was enjoyable.
