Excellent service

Very nice property but need to improve how to get away the mosquitos especially during dinner time .

This was a nice place to stay. The pool is definitely a highlight. The staff were fantastic and very friendly and helpful. I would suggest strategically placed fans for the all the outdoor amenities.

This resort is the best! 5/5 stars! The unlimited breakfast buffet alone is worth it. Super delicious selections! In addition, the swimming pool is impressive. Its pristine and spacious. The staff cleans out the leaves throughout the day. The wifi works everywhere. Lastly, they help you obtain tricycles and water acitivities tour.

Nice and polite staff.Quiet place as it’s located at the outskirt of Coron town. Clean and 2 big swimming pool. Our kids enjoyed the pool very much.The complimentary breakfast was really good.The staff are amazing and very helpful. I left a tip for housekeeper on the bed and she didn’t take it and I asked her why, she said they don’t take the tip unless the guest clearly indicates it that’s for them( talk about honest staff) . Highly recommended. Thank you Fernvale for making my family’s stay in Coron the best vacation ever.

Enjoyed our stay here. It’s out of Coron Town Proper but is only a short tricycle ride. Our room was big & had a balcony that over looked the huge pool. Will definitely stay again. Coron town looks very busy. So was glad we were out of the town.

Great property and a lovely relaxing base to launch from for trips to Coron. Rooms were clean and comfy, the pool fabulous and massive and the breakfast and restaurant both very good. Breakfast was varied every day and the restaurant and drinks well priced and good value. A few menu shortages and things unavailable but generally, the place was great for the 4 days we stayed. Juliet at reception was very helpful to organise tours and boats. Marielle always good with restaurant service and Vanessa also very helpful. Overall, highly recommended

The room is spacious and atmosphere is great . Everything is nice but the downside is the internet connection.

all good, distance to coron is not so importand as Shuttles are cheap

During our stay it was low season, so the hotel felt deserted at times (thought there was always staff there). However: The atmosphere must be amazing if there are more visitors. The pool area and gardens in the hotel are awesome and definitely a great place for children. The "restaurant" (which was actually the pool bar serving food) could improve a lot on quality though. Breakfast (in another place) is good though. The location of the hotel is currently still a bit a downer, as the Fernvale area is still completely under construction. The hotel seems to be the only part that's done. However: It's easy to rent a scooter and go into town, or just ask the reception to provide for a tricicle to take you there.

The property is 15 minute trike ride away from the town proper which makes it really ideal for me. I love that it was quiet and serene. The property is surrounded with plants and trees, but I didn’t experience mosquito or insect bites. The room is clean and comfortable. Staff is courteous, helpful, and hospitable. They always greet you with their beautiful smiles. The hotel is generous with their complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water, just ask the front desk. I love and appreciate their complimentary transportation pick up and drop off service, from and to the airport. Front desk staff also assist in arranging island tours. I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends and will come back when I visit Coron again.

We weren't sure what to expect - but Fernvale exceeded our expectations! Pool was SO FUN - our kids played for 8 hours in the pool. Clean and spacious room. Really great visit - thank you!

Really lovely welcoming staff who were genuinely helpful and caring. Everyone here had big sincere smiles. Very nice swimming pool. No problems getting a 10 minute tricycle ride to/from Coron Town at a cost of PNP 30 per person. Complimentary shuttle to/from the Airport was provided. Complimentary buffet breakfast was simple but more than adequate, Our room was well appointed and huge. It had three widely spaced queen size beds on the first floor. On the ground floor it had 2 showers, 2 toilets and a kitchen sink. No idea what the other rooms were like, but ours was a seriously big room. No noise issues of any kind. Beds were comfortable and clean. Room was clean. Coron Town is quite chaotic/noisy and it was great to return to a tranquil retreat at the end of each day. WiFi is meant to be in the pool/public areas only; however we were able to also get it most times in our room. Fairly extensive dining menu - or you can grab a tricycle into Coron Town where there are plenty of eateries. At the time of our stay, the Resort was still waiting for credit card facilities to be connected - so payments (including the returnable security deposit that needs to be paid at check-in) had to be paid in cash. This isn’t really a problem as there are heaps of ATM’s in Coron Town. Very good security. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

The property overall in terms of looks was nice. Spacious and clean rooms that don’t look too old, and the pool was great and huge! Only 1 restaurant and it got repetitive after a while. Breakfast was good they switched a few things up everyday. Two huge negatives are the fact that there is absolutely no internet connection. They say they have wifi but IT DOESNT WORK. There is also no reception from globe or smart from the hotel. They also DO NOT take credit cards. You’d think they would put this on their hotel descriptions cause if not you’d be left there starving. Wifi and credit card acceptance are huge. If you really want to unplug for the week then this is the place for you.

My friends and I were really excited to stay at this hotel for our final night of a 8 day trip. We wanted to splurge and treat ourselves to a really nice resort for our last night together. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL and the pool is incredible.. aside from that, we were pretty disappointed . The wifi did not work for the entire property. That was a big one for us, as none of us had any of our flight info, we all needed to check in, transfer money, etc. Part of the reason we selected this hotel was because they advertised wifi. Most of the outlets in our room did not work, so we were not able to charge the majority of our devices (camera, phones, go pros, etc) I'm assuming because they did not have wifi... they were not able to take credit card and expected us to pay $100 usd CASH for a deposit. We refused, as we did not have that much cash on us. It was frustrating not being able to order food/drinks/massages from the facilities and pay with CC as we had planned. We were extremely excited for the beautiful pool and swim up bar. The swim up bar was deserted/non stocked / closed. We had one meal at the restaurant.. my least favorite meal I had anywhere in Coron, and my far the most overpriced. We were meant to stay 2 nights... Needless to say we were very disappointed, and I left after the first night. This hotel could have great potential if they got their act together a bit.
