Great hotel, seems fairly new. Staff are friendly and spoke English. Room is comfortable and hotel is clean. Location is 15 min walk to the centre, I like to walk so for me it’s fine. Yandex is extremely cheap and only 5 mins. The area is thriving with new bars and restaurants. Love staying here. The ladies in the spa were amazing.Tatiana gave me the best face massage ever.

Internet is good, staff are generally helpful. Location isn't too far from the centre. Public transport is nearby. Room is far too hot though. No breakfast is included. It was a decent and modern stay.

This new hotel is a real gem! Located adjacent to a street that is struggling to be an up-and-coming chic bar area. Right now, this is a diamond in the rough, with small places with plastic chairs. Prices at the small boutique bars are equivalent to western prices. Kitty corner from the hotel is a multi story building, the lower level is a grocery store, which I found met all my needs at good prices. Pick up yogurt, fresh bread, a banana apple and a bottle of wine, for under $10. The spa gives a very well priced superb massage, however payment was a little difficult as they wanted a pin with the credit card. So caution, make sure your payment plans are made in advance, as this unpleasant after experience was unnecessary.

Hotel at end of a street with cool graffiti and food places.

I was there for 2 weeks - cool hotel, great staff, the street next to there is really great. Art galleries, culture, many kinds of people mix restaurant from vegetarian to carnivores. Customer service was very helpfull especislly coming from london and not speaking literally none of there lanaguage it was a pleasing time not alot to eat in there but you can always order outside

The Willing Hotel is a newly built 3*, ( though should be rated a definite 4* ), clean reasonably priced property comprising of 5 floors situated in a location about 35 minutes walk to the Central Bus and Railway Stations. A Metro stop is 5 minutes walk away too and buses pass the hotel! The staff are very polite and keen to help when asked but residents of Minsk are a little reserved so you have to approach them first. The rooms are new, large and in excellent condition. The breakfast was of good quality though the choice of food was limited however there was plenty to eat in a great dining room on the ground floor rather than a basement area! I would not recommend the dinner in the evening as the menu was only for connoisseurs with eclectic tastes and not I who like my french fries and potatoes with my main dish! It was also expensive too! Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel in a location that was convenient though not central!

Had a great 2 night stay in this hotel. Hotel was much better than expected! Absolutely new, simple but clever and stylish design, immaculately clean. Loved the breakfast too. Location is a nice 20 min walk from the center but behind the hotel there was a great hipster street full of nice bars and eateries. I highly recommend this hotel!

Friendly helpful staff, most staff speaks English. Wi-fi is spotty Air conditioning not working in my room nor my co-worker's room. Front desk courteously said they would look into it, but still no A/C in the room. Hotel is very close to train tracks with freight line running several times through the night. Not too bad with windows closed, but with no A/C, wanted windows open, then the train is loud, especially in a south-facing outside room. "Simple" restaurant is quite good, unique selections "tapas" style with extensive wine selection. Breakfast in restaurant is not included, but can pre-pay for breakfast at the hotel desk. Breakfast was good.
