Really nice facility

Staff are friendly and responsive to our needs. Our initial room had a leak from the storm and when notified, Emma moved us to a new room within two minutes. Good facility with secure free parking.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was nice. The pool was relaxing.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! This hotel will LIE ON YOU AND CHARGE YOU FOR “A SPOT ON A TOWEL”! I was accused of leaving a spot on a pillowcase however because of allergies I always take my own pillowcases so this is not true. Additionally, I bring my own washcloths and only used the towel floor mat and hand towels to pat myself dry because I don’t like to use hotel towels. When I returned home I looked at my credit card statement, they charged $43 to my account. I called back and they told me I left a pink spot on a large towel and spot on the pillowcase. What pink item I don’t have hair dye or hair gel or body wash that’s pink and I only drank a Pepsi so if I spilled something, it would not be pink! What I did see was trash in front of the room across the hall for over 12 hours that had a towel and garbage. I tried to contact the Hotel directly to come to an amicable resolution however I was given a email address that didn’t work. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

My 14 year old daughter and I stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was spotless, the staff was efficient, helpful, and kind, and the hotel felt incredibly safe. 10/10 will stay again!

Was the best experience on a trip. The pool had a lot of chlorine fumes at night. Other than that everything was wonderful.

The place isnt bad at all, majority of the staff was great very helpful and friendly. One staff member was really friendly but no help. Emma i think her name was, really nice but came to her for issues that others fixed easily. The rooms were restocked with towels and bed was made but can tell the room wasnt cleaned bc there was trash still in there and food on the counters, but theu were busy so i understand i guess. All in all it wasnt a bad stay. Michelle and the rest of the people there made the place nicer.

Very impressed! I live in the area, and most of the hotels tend to go downhill very quickly around here as there are quite a bit of homeless people not far from here under the bridge, so I was very hesitant to stay here, but a bad storm and power loss caused me to get a hotel. Very clean, very nice, and the front staff was very nice as well! Gates lock after 5pm and you need your keycard to get in and out...really liked that!

Would stay again.

The room itself was nice. The pool area had roaches everywhere. And laundry room smelt horrible. We asked for extra pillows and blankets beginning of our stay and never received them.

This is pretty good hotel, but they did not have an internet for whole period of stay.

Its was great the staff is great i really like this location the parking is locked key only the room was comfortable but it was dusty i wiped it down w lysol wipes and it was ready to go. My son loved the indoor pool.

Gated parking is a huge plus. Rooms are large snd comfortable

Great location. Secure, and well maintained. The hallway was a little muggy, so I would suggest lowing the A/C or creating some other form of ventilation.

It's a safe place, gated and quiet. The place is clean and staff are nice.

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable

We booked these rooms last minutes because the Holiday Inn gave our contracted rooms away. We were able to get 11 rooms and really enjoyed our stay. The indoor pool was a plus for our boys. I will definitely stay here again!

Arrived a little after 2pm to check in. Most hotels will allow guests to check in before your time (in this case 3pm). When I walked in I noticed 2-3 kids running around the lobby. They seemed comfortable there so I assumed they were for the lady with long lashes behind the front desk. I walked up asked to check-in. Well, she made me feel like I was bothering her (when her kids were running around the main lobby area). She was rude and said there would be an additional charge for early check-in for 45 minutes early. turned around and left. She made me regret booking the room.

Very new and clean. Three Tesla chargers! Really enjoyed this hotel for a one night stop while on the road. Gated parking was nice.

Wow, Adriana welcomed to this brand new appearing hotel. She made no problem for us to park our small pull behind camper in a secured parking lot!

Stayed here for one night on a stop over in Houston on my way to Austin. Overall great stay. Room was big, clean, and comfortable. Easy parking on site. Would stay again.

Need more options for breakfast for picky eaters. Particularly more egg options, no just egg mixed with kinda meat. In addition more fruits not just apples. Likewise flakes for breakfast not just cereal rings. Thanks.
