This was our second stay at the property. Very quiet area in downtown Queretaro. The property and its amenities are modern and clean. Breakfast was provided and made to order. Very good reasons why we came back for the second time.

We had a wonderful time. Great place to stay! Walking distance to town square, shopping and restaurants. Eduardo and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was made to order and fabulous! We are already planning our next stay at Casa Once.

The hotel is just lovely but the staff really makes the trip. They are so kind and Eduardo the manager even drove us to the airport last minute when we (stupidly) hadn't arranged transportation on a holiday Monday. Just hands down a 10 out of 10.

We were not told that the beverages were not complimentary, we ask to pay for them upon departure. We arrived at the wrong address as per our reservation. So, we had to walk another 50 yards with luggage to another place

Everything was perfect. From the soft sheets, comfy pillows, deep bath tub, best hair dryer, huge TV, I can't say enough good things about our room. It was truly one of the most comfortable stays I've had in any hotel. Eduardo was super hospitable and accommodating. Don't miss out on the breakfast. Oh and it's perfectly located!

The area is beautiful safe and clean. The host is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The room where we stayed was excelent. The area is walking distance of the plaza where the tourist and the the locals enjoyed excellent dining, entertainment, and souvenir stands of the local area. Im ready to go back anytime in the future.

A very comfortable place that is very convenient for visiting the historic center. Good breakfast cooked to order. Friendly accommodating staff. Great beds and shower. Only downside was no heat in the room.

What a delightful find, Casa Once!! Would stay there again without hesitation. Rosario was lovely and looked after my room, served me breakfast, helped with luggage .. she was helpful in every way. The place is immaculate! In old town Queretaro, where there are so many fine places to dine, listen to music, just wander around … a very walkable town centre. Such a nice surprise after a long haul to get there from Calgary!

What a GEM!! Hotel Casa Once is beautiful, quiet, personal and safe while still being in the middle of everything! Wonderfully comfortable rooms and beds with everything you need to feel at home. Lovely morning tea and coffee with full service breakfast amongst the beautiful greenery grounds. So lucky we found it. Loved it!!

Beautiful and quiet.

I had a such a wonderful stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and small. The rooms were incredible, comfortable, clean and with AC! Big plus. Water was filtered throughout. I can’t wait to go back again!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are all very recently updated and absolutely beautifully designed and decorated. The gentleman who communicated with us before arrival was lovely to deal with and very responsive. The woman who served our breakfasts each morning was absolutely charming and always greeted us with a smile. There are only seven rooms but we never heard any of the other guests as the walls are thick stone and the glass double insulated. The AC was quiet and soothing, the bathrooms were gorgeous. The beds were dreamy, as were the towels and soap products. There is a very beautiful courtyard with lots of seating for lounging and breakfast, and a smaller seating area on the upper terrace. This would be a great small hotel to come with a family or friends group. The location is on a quiet street right in the heart of Queretaro, which is a beautiful historic city with tons to offer. Honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay at Casa Once.

Very personal, high-end property.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights and loved the property. Hotel Casa Once is in the historic center of Santiago de Queretaro and located within walking distance of just about everything in the center of town. Eduardo and his staff were gracious and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel!

Service and style

We stayed in Casa Once for 3 nights to attend a meeting in Queretaro. We chose Centro Historico area based on our previous visits to the area. Casa Once provides all we need for a very reasonable rate. It provides great location in old downtown Queretaro, modern rooms with top notch amenities. The area is safe, quiet and the room is very comfortable and clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. BTW, our reasonable rate includes made to order breakfast too.

This is simply a gorgeous property. Incredible rooms, beautiful courtyards, a great daily breakfast, wonderful beds, potable water from all faucets, thoughtful touches throughout, and a really amazing host. Highly recommended!

Wonderful boutique hotel. The hotel is well located. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was made to order and muy rico. We would definitely stay again.
