Used to recommend this place. Maintenance issues are starting to show. But my largest issue was staff not caring about children running up and down hallways. Experience this 2 nights in a row as late as 10pm. Had to call front desk who has a clear view of second floor through floor to ceiling windows. They should have stopped this from happening but it didn't stop until I had to call front d SK and complain. My other issue was being stuck in a suite right next to the elevators whoever designed the bedroom to be next to the elevator shaft didn think about that.

We didn't get the room we booked, they said it wasn't ready and to check back in half hour.....that was at 3PM we didn't get a room until after 5PM and even then it still wasn't the room we booked, ended up taking just a standard room with no reduced rate!

Room clean but very small. Water in pool was so cold we and other guests opted not to swim. As my back was sore from bed we decided to check out a day early (which we were told we could upon arrival), the front desk staff said we couldn’t and had to do that thru 3rd party. I said I tried to but site indicated I had to do it thru the hotel as we started trip already. Took awhile to finally get approval from manager and get receipt for stay

Being a VIP status did not mean munch at this location. Got a main floor room right beside the front desk and cleaning crew..it was so noisy I had terrible sleep for 3 nights

Ad said free breakfast but there was none and the front desk forgot to mention that the breakfast needed to be ordered the night before at a cost of ten dollars and it was only two boiled eggs and a few grapes

The bed was super uncomfortable. Relayed the information to the front desk lady. She said she'd tell the maintenance manager but didn't seem to care otherwise.
Other than that, the stay was great. Beautiful room. Quiet. Very convenient location.

The staff were really amazing, I had a little issue, and they were super fast to respond. Room service was amazing & so was the supper I had at Chop.
I was really happy to also get a tour of another type of suite ~ which I am likely to book on a future trip!

Hotel was new and room was a nice size with a bigger bathroom with double sinks. Only thing which is not the hotels fault but more of a design fault but the bathroom door is a sliding barn door so doesnt lock and you can see into the bathroom through the space in between the wall and door. The pool and waterslide and gym were nice as well

Out of all my years of using hotels.com, this is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing, the room was clean and I felt so comfortable. I highly highly recommend.

I'm really glad we found this gem. We have been staying here for quite some time now and loved every stay! Located in a not too busy area but very close to the highway. My kid loves the waterpark too! Very clean and spacious rooms always!

A wonderful stay again. Rooms are clean and staff are very helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed this time I stayed at hotel. But there are many restaurants, cafe's and shops within walking and driving distance.

Really nice rooms. OK Jim quite limited If you actually work out though, but will get you by. Restaurants are really good. Will say the cleanliness of the pool washroom was not the greatest. And my truck was broken into. But that Could happen anywhere without security. Eight out of 10 would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay. Loved the pool, hot tub, restaurant and the super comfy beds! Really appreciated the coffee/tea station in the lobby. Looking forward to returning!
