Quite close to the airport but need ten minutes walk from the JR station. Small room but clean and decent with reasonable price.

The sightseeing of the restaurant and Hot Spring is excellent for the breakfast.

Easy check in and out. Quiet area and good spring spa and breakfast. Room is little bit small but good location for travelers to take JR.

Very interesting reception with no staff but 2 talking dinosaurs which speaks 4 languages. Japanese, Mandarin, Korea and English to guide you to do self checkin. My room has a beautiful sea view. Onsen also had an amazing sea view for both indoor and outdoor onsen . Even a foot massage machine inside my hotel room.

The room was as expected. The Onsen, however, was surprisingly great, especially after a long flight. The breakfast included was great as well. There is a short 10min walk from the train station that wasn’t clearly marked and google maps wasn’t cooperating, but we got there. There isn’t anybody at reception but there are 2 friendly dinosaurs that my 9 yo loved conversing with. We would stay again because of the inclusion of the Onsen alone.

Behind the robot reception this is a fairly standard Japanese hotel. Having access to the onsen is great but the instructions for hotel guests could be clearer for first-timers (I sat in the entrance for a while watched a lot of confused souls). The most surprising thing was the level of service. The hotel staff were quite blunt and seemed reluctant to interact with guests. They were unable to help some other guests book a taxi, which is incredible for a hotel next to the airport. My partner ended up calling a taxi firm directly on their behalf. In summary, the robot receptionists and onsen are cool, but this hotel isn’t as convenient as you might think for the airport.

Loved the onsen facility, so relaxing after a long flight, area was also close to food and shopping! We had a great view of the bridge :)

Very close to the Airport, good for those who come to Osaka in the late evening.

The biggest challenge was navigating Osaka's metro to arrive at the hotel. But once, we arrived, the stay was very enjoyable and from there, it was very easy to reach KIX. I greatly enjoyed the dinosaur staff, as well as the clean rooms. The onsen was such a lovely bonus! Worth the trip every time.

The free spa was good.

The only difficulty was checking in. The instructions were a bit unclear. I booked the room, but my father added his name to the check-in first. This jumbled the system a bit, and with the dinosaurs being unable to speak, we got confused trying to fix the mistake. A note saying that the person who booked the hotel should check-in first, would be very helpful! Loved the dinosaurs besides this.

Best place to stay if your flying in or out of KIX

Very clean and tidy, quite and easy to walk to the station.

It was in convenient place from the airport by taxi from the airport. Great Bay view (too bad it was rainy), nice amenities include the hot springs with bay view, yummy food and souvenir shop, cafe, massage chair (oooo massage chair!!) after long flight and affordable. Room we stayed was huge.

Very good outdoor hot spring is really nice! But there is no food when I got there late night. Not even a vending machine has food. Taxi from Airport to get here is about $45 usd

Breakfast time as listed on Expedia is incorrect, closes at 9 sharp so know that. Sauna area pretty crowded but is decent quality. Rooms are fine nothing special. View is either great (ocean) or terrible (parking lot). Check-in are robot dinosaurs, kinda weird but it's easy to figure out. Subway to the airport is a pain, taxi's are 3,500.

I don’t speak T Rex or Japanese, so checking in with a T Rex Japanese robot was a struggle!

I have stayed here multiple times. It is always clean, and the area is quiet and peaceful. It's a good value for the price.

Hard to find nearby restaurants in walking distance

The check-in process was easy and smooth. The room was clean and there many little touches that shows the operators of the hotel have are very thoughtful. It was great to attached to a high quality onsen and the breakfast in the morning was worth the price. All of that and the ocean views were great!

It is a fun place to stay. The breakfast is great. It is great to use the bathhouse.

It was a pity that there was no longer bus shuttle from the airport.

New property, 10 mins walk from Rinku town station. Room is spacious and the bay view is beautiful. Huge Costco style supermarket across the street, and an outlet mall next to the train station. Easy to get to the airport ( 5 mins by train).
