New and modern building. Room was very clean but quite small. The bathroom, however, was a fairly generous size which is important. Zeny, at the front desk, was amazing- professional, helpful and speaks excellent English. The breakfast was really good and excellent value for money.

The hotel is 5-minute walk from the MRT station. Room is very clean and of a good size. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and will stay here again if visiting Taipei.

Parkview Taipei sits in an accessible location yet quiet enough for us. Little to no noise from outside the property or other guests on the same floor. Property is clean. Hotel staff are generally friendly and attentive. A variety of dining options are available from local food stalls to familiar names like Subway, Yoshinoya where you can pop in for a quick bite if you could not make a reservation. The hotel is practically surrounded by multiple convenience stores like FamilyMart and 7-Eleven where it is easy to top-up the EasyCard (Taipei Metro) or grab a decent cup of cappuccino or latte at a reasonable price. We were surprised to find a Turkish and Indian eatery some 50m away from the hotel. Special thanks to Chen Guan Ting and Emma Huang. Always greeted us with a warm smile and answering our questions about getting to places. Both were really helpful to help us locate the bookstore for a book we were looking for. Excellent stay! Visited for a week & this hotel didn’t disappoint. Cleanliness & quietness are of utmost importance to us, as we likes very comfortable environment. We’ve stayed in all types and all levels of hotels around the world, and I will say that this one was wonderful. The room was spotless, with excellent soundproofing (outside noise). We had a room facing the back, and couldn’t hear a thing. I will say that you can hear noise in the halls, but honestly, that’s nitpicking. The beds will be hard for some people, but we adjusted quickly and slept better than we have in a long time. The staff is kind and also tries to speak to you in your native language. We speak Korean and English, and they accommodated with ease. Their friendliness made us feel at home, which was really a bonus. Will definitely choose this hotel the next time we visit Taipei. Two day stopover in Taipei. HAdn't been here before so choose a good central hotel. This was all its advertised. Reasonable sized room and bathroom, bath, good facilities. We were on the Premium 7F. Bed was comfortable. Unrealted to the stay we experience quite a few sizeable Earthquakes (5.5-6.1), and while room swayed and shook a bit we never felt unsafe. Restaurant downstairs was good but had a limited selection for both dinner and breakfast. In-house discount of 15%. Good location with shopping area about 15-20 minutes walk away. We walked everywhere first day (30,000 steps) but ushered the second day to National Palace Museum. Quick easy access to transport from here. Last point, the checkin was conducted very professionally by friendly staff, who recognised and us= each time through reception area and looked to provide any assistance they could. Very Nice!

The hotel is relatively new with contemporary design details. It is close to the MRT and has many restaurants nearby. But the best part of the hotel is it’s staff, especially Jasmine. She welcomed us warmly, recommended nearby restaurants, stored our luggage while we were in Japan and ordered us airport taxies, all with a wonderful smile. We will definitely come back!

This was such a pleasant stay. Room size was average for Taipei but the cleanliness, quality and service would bring me back. Didn’t eat breakfast here, but the breakfast buffet did look nice. Hotel seems perfect for solo or couple travelers. 5min walk to MRT station. Umbrellas provided if it rains. Front desk can call a taxi for you to TPE for 1300NT.

room was great. got a room with 3 twin beds for my family of 4. luckily my 2 offsprings were under 10 so we joined 2 of the twins and made it a king and was able to sleep 3 on that. great slippers. great bathroom, great bidet, great shower. room felt a bit cramped but luckily the offsprings were always on the bed so navigating wasn't too bad. only downside was there wasn't enough space or tables or area to put/place things. other than that, staff was great and friendly, happy to accommodate.

The hotel is relatively new with well appointed contemporary design details, close to MRT and has lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. On the last day we had to leave before breakfast started and they prepared a picnic box for us. We had a very comfortable stay.

I want to start off by saying the staff was exceptional! It has transcended my travel experience. The rooms were kept spotless daily with an endless supply of water bottles I had no issues with sleep, beds were comfortable and noise was drowned out. There was also a cute robot butler that tends to your request whether it be bottled water or lotion! ☺️ Emma, the front desk concierge was super nice. She gave us recommendations within the city, and displayed approachable, enthusiastic hospitality. Even recommended a cool whiskey bar. This is the definition of customer service. The restaurant at the hotel was also accommodating, Alan Chen provided extraordinary service. Pleasant demeanor! Server us extra sides and dessert free of charge! Another gentleman with glasses at concierge helped us arrange reservations at volando hot springs. His patience was noteworthy. Anyone else not mentioned provided a spectacular experience. Modern facilities, well maintained and the room includes complimentary snacks and drinks. Good location with many local restaurants and subway station is about 2 blocks away, about 8 to 10mins walk. Food at the hotel restaurant is good. Friendly and helpful front desk. It was a very pleasant stay.

A new hotel. Comfortable stay. It is more suitable as a business hotel. Very efficient but lack of some hospitality feels like other Taiwan hotel.

Location was good - 4 mins walk to train station. Rooms were spacious and clean. Suggestion would be for cleaners to roll down the toilet blinds after cleaning if not users who did not notice will be fully exposed to the outside. Very friendly staff.

Peaceful and clean. Staff were all amazing. The breakfast is simple but the quality of the food is excellent.

The Parkview was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Parkview in Taipei. The staff are EXTRAORDINARY! We've stayed at hotels all across the globe and this place was truly fabulous. The staff was there for us for anything! They even walked us to a local establishment and helped us with cash to pay for the service in advance when we had trouble getting cash out of the bank. They helped us with dinner reservations, tours, and were so friendly! Highly recommend the Parkview! Room was comfortable, quiet and free snacks! Loved the balcony and huge bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. Great neighborhood close to so many dining options.

Very clean, modern hotel in central location. Easy to arrange taxi/Uber and subway transportation. Room cleaning seemed to be done very late in the afternoon and carts were in the hallway all day. This may have been a reason for the strict check-in time policy. That aside, well run and managed facility and restaurant.

Perfect stay in Taipei City Center. Will definitely coming back for it on my next trip.
