I wasn't expecting much since it is a two star rating motel, however the room is two tiny for three double beds, the bathroom door jams & the balcony screen door was not stable. Other than that it was fine.

Owners Michael and Mary Jo are amazing. Great location.

My grandson and I really enjoyed our time here. We have already booked for next year. Owners were so friendly and accommodating. We loved the pool, hot tub, balcony and the yummy breakfast at Screamers. Beds were so comfy too! Not sure what else to say...just loved everything and the location was perfect!

We were forced to over night accomodations, due to Highway 1 closere. We were lucky enogh to 2 rooms. Front desk were very help full

Excellent pool area. It’s nice and cozy and has everything you would need. The room had no AC but had some fans. The bed was comfortable. I was sad that I only needed to stay one night because this place was very relaxing and I didn’t want to leave.

Very good grounds. The pool is heated no need to pay for hot springs

Central location, easy to walk from into Radium. The pool amenities were nice to have as well as the breakfast vouchers. Go early for breakfast as they run out of most breakfast options by 10:30. Not sure if that's typical, but keep it in mind. Beds were comfy. Cleanliness was to be expected with kitchenettes...don't look under the beds. Facing the main road was noisy. The place could do with some upgrades and maintenance, its very dated. Our balcony screen door didn't close properly and allowed in mosquitos...many of which now adorn the walls. Oh and we had no tub plug which was annoying for bathing kids. Overall, it was the cheapest option in Radium for the time of year, so I wasn't expecting much and it didn't disappoint. I'd stay there again, it's a decent place to stop for 1 night.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable of the area… Room with 2 queen beds Very clean Well stocked with towels, coffee maker, coffee, tea, fridge, microwave, Tv, hairdryer, Beds and pillows very comfortable and clean No Air conditioning but 2 fans were set up in the room and did the job

Sarah was friendly upon checkin and Michael was helpful at checkout filling our bags of ice for our cooler! Outdoor pool and swim spa and dry sauna were great to use on a beautiful hot summer day. The room we booked had everything we needed for a 1 night stay ! ( microwave , fridge , tv , 2 fans , 2 single beds and a double ) free breakfast at screamers was amazing and even got a discount after for ice cream !! Would stay again !

This property was very well maintained and the staff was wonderful to talk to. The pool was amazing and had a beautiful lookout point with a spectacular view. Rooms were clean and comfortable my ONLY complaint is the rooms do not not have a/c. Our room was on the lower level and the right direction of the wind so it was tolerable with the windows open and 2 fans on. (It was 30 when we were there). But I could imagine the top level would have been pretty toasty that night. But I would definitely stay there again just maybe not during a heat wave.

Too pricy for the conditions provided

Rooms are very very dated with obvious cosmetic issues showing and no AC. 30+ when we were there. They did provide fans which was nice but didn't help. Pool area and hot tub area is very nice. Breakfast was offsite and small single item only, although good quality. Room wifi was good. There were alot of smokers here balconys and pool area etc.. not great if you're a non smoker. Overall 5.5/10

The pool and tree house is our favorite things about this place. The rooms dont have ac and it was 36° so that would have been nice. But we had a great stay!!

Beautiful area very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Kids enjoyed the free popcorn. Great accommodations for the price.

Easy to get to-Owners and staff were great-lots in the room-love the balcony and the pool and hot tub, they even have a selection of games you can borrow in the office. And the price was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely friendly and helpful welcome. The room had everything we needed.

I liked the service given for all the needs; the property included a pool that wasn’t cold, there was a hot tub outdoors, barbeques & fire pit all for use by guests & the view was great. The family apt. was well equipped for a holiday, good appliances for use in the kitchen; really enjoyable time

The guest above us were very noise throughout the night.

Staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful.

Has a renovated pool area, other area are being worked on. Economical stay, very friendly staff, will stay there again.
