Perfect for our requirements

Terrible service. I paid extra 100 $ to have a bathtub and I got a round bathtub that u can’t lie inside. The heating didn’t work at the hotel due to a problem that they couldn’t fix and it was a very cold night.

The hotel was a high quality

Two lovely days with a girlfriend just to get away from it all. I had a good massage and excellent facial. The atmosphere was relaxing, quiet and the service was very good.

The hotel looks amazing and it has a great atmosphere. The room was comfortable and wide. The breakfast was amazing. The bathroom was not so clean - the sanitary ware had a thick layer of scale and green. The AC can only chill or warm the ENTIRE hotel - so you may find yourself sweating in your room on a sunny day.

Great facilities, freindly staff, awesome view and a great breakfast. The only thing that have to be improved is the cleaniness of the rug. Im a little sensitive to dust and it seems the the rug in my room really need to be vacumed.

The stay was enjoyable. The room is large enough and is equipped with a coffee machine, a small refrigerator, AC, TV, and a safe. The pool is not large and not deep but it's more than enough

By Israeli standards, this is a moderately priced hotel and yet the standard was terrific. The condition of the hotel was superb and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The views were beautiful and it's easy to get to. 10 minutes by taxi from the closest train station. Cons: The pool was small. The steam room was WAY to hot to actually use.

Beautiful room, however, the better rooms have a balcony to sit outside. The breakfast was amazing. It might have been the best buffet breakfast I have ever seen.

Beautiful hotel, very clean; staff was very friendly and nice. Prices are very reasonable! Great spa treatments as well I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Room is a bit run down. Shower head had to be cleaned, room a little dirty and generally hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. If you have no expectations then this hotel is great

Loved the location in between the mountains. Sad that the pool was covered. Definitely not as advertised online if even on their own social and website. The ventilation in the hallways was also not great. And opportunity to improve on their spa packages. Did like their Shabbat night singer who was impressive. Nice service fir food and drinks at the bar and outside. Helpful concierge with taxis and Covid tests!

Simply wonderfull experience, a fantastic team, very high level food, quiet, a real place for taking a rest out of the world..... one of the best hotel where i ever stay.....

Great stay, just what my wife and I needed. Quiet, space, good breakfast and nice service. Beautiful spot and new.

The hotel is very beautiful and the service is great, the only problem I had (which was pretty significant) is that the hotel held a press outside my room, it started around 8am, and they did a lot of noise, and woke me and my girlfriend, so it was unfortunate.

It was a nice stay but there were some things that could be better: 1. There was a problem with the lights and electricity in the room. 2. The fridge was not working and was fixed while we were already in the room. 3. The vegetables at breakfast were not fresh and we could tell it was from yesterday. 4. Dinner is overpriced but good variety. 5. The pool is very small. Besides the above: 1. The massage was very good. 2. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

Great hotel (but not fabulous as expected).. The facilities are amazing- brand new, amazing interior design, wonderful room, great vibes (beautiful pool) BUT - the food was terrible. Service was ok, and not more than that.

We came to the hotel and first thing we entered the room we started hearing loud music from the room next door. We called the staff and they sent someone to knock on the neighbors door, but they didn’t answer, so the staff person entered our room and from the balcony asked the neighbor to turn off the music as “the lady here is trying to rest”, as if it is not clear that music in the hotel is prohibited as people come to such places to rest…. Next thing we noticed the TV was not working, so they sent someone to fix it and after 45 minutes he said there is a general issue in the hotel and they will inform us when it is fixed, which took 3 hours. When we entered the bathroom the towel holders were partially falling, so we were careful not to place our towels on those , so at that point we figured we are not going to complain anymore as it seems useless and there are some major problems with this hotel. Just outside our room hall people worked with heavy tool fixing things, making terrible noises.Two good thing about this hotel were the nice bad and the breakfast. No way we are coming back there or recommend anyone to go there.

All in all, excellent. Room was large and perfect. Pool a bit small, breakfast not on par with other hotels of this caliber.
