Beautiful room with comfy bed. Decor was very comforting and elegant. Check in was amazing. We arrived a little late by bus and were seen right in to our room. Wonderful location right in the heart of zadar and 30 second walk to the boardwalk for beautiful sunsets.

I arrived early and was able to check it right away which was really appreciated. There are quite a few restaurants within a 2 minute walk, the waterfront is also a 1 minute walk, the old part of the city is another short walk. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice decorated room, walking distance to the old town, easy parking around. No con’s, except that I was expecting a hotel so I spend a lot of time around to look for the building but Evan was nice waiting for us outside of it.

The hotel is truly exceptional, the room was incredibly well decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hotel was able to accommodate me checking in an hour early which was very appreciated and I had a slight issue with the keypad on my room on a Sunday evening but the team were wonderful - very responsive despite the time of day and had me inside within 5 minutes. Cozy place walkable in the old town!

This property is in the perfect location. You come out of the hotel, turn right, walk 10 or so paces, turn right, and the sea is right there, with the most beautiful view. Zadar Old Town and the Sea Organ are so close by. The rooms themselves are amazing, clean, and luxurious! We felt spoilt! We were on our honeymoon as well and the owner left some petals and a "Mrs & Mr" sign on the bed for our arrival which was a lovely touch! The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. She was honestly brilliant! We cannot recommend this place enough! It was truly special! If any of your party are vegetarian oflr vegan, there is a well priced vegan restaurant right next door and it's delicious! Just come out of the hotel, turn right onto the road and it's the tables and chairs on the decking right there.

The Design Rooms are simply beautiful to stay in, while being well equipped, comfortable and convenient - a real treat and I strongly recommend. The owners were so helpful too.

Short distance walk from the main square in zadar. Lots of restaurants and cafes easily accessible from riva palace. We arrived prior to check in times however the host allowed us to kindly store our luggage here. Great communication also with the host. The only downside was that we had loud guests next to our room coming in early hours of the morning which caused disturbance however this is not the hosts fault and you run that risk anywhere you stay! Beautiful decor with homely touches would definitely recommend a stay here!

Good location and comfortable. One min to sea and 2min walk to old town. For check out time, the guider told me 11:00 but housekeeper came in 10:00. Its a pity for communication.

Pretty, well designed rooms preserving the historic 1900s building. Good attention to detail, water in the fridge, plug adapter in the drawer. Spacious shower, we liked having the separate water closet being 2 people. Very easy and quick to communicate with Kristina, though we didn't get the chance to meet her, we had zero issues. Fantastic location right by the water and a quick walk to everything in Zadar

Lovely rooms in a unique and historic building right by the beautiful Adriatic! Kristina was helpful above & beyond by phone as we had a late night check-in. She walked us through it all and we had a restful stay in these beautifully appointed rooms. Much appreciated ❣️

...the adress is a little hard to find since there are no signs on the door. And on the inside it is the same thing, no signs. It turned out that the room was on the 4th floor and the elevator did't seem to have been operational for a while.

It is not a hotel, but a room in a part of building. We could not find the property as the name of the property is not listed in name plate. No service at all. The room is so small, not even a free ground to open my luggage. Do not recommend this property at all.

Rooms Nadia is a lovely room in Zadar along the water. Great breakfast!

The room was really nice, clean and modern. Bed was really comfortable. Really centrally located and right next to the sea. Only minus was the breakfast, which was rather dull.

Lovely and comfortable room. One of the wall shows the bare stones that made this >100 years old building. The mix of old and new is so unforgettable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent location, walkable distance to all tourist attractions. We had a nice stay here!
